We were very disappointed with Ataraxy, we could not make it to our trip, my wife was hospitalize suddenly we notify Expidia and the hotel and Expidia was very nice to try to get a credit for us but Ataraxy will not accepted. we had other hotels booked and with the same situation they were understanding and gave us credit. We still are planning our trip but will not stay at Ataraxy. We felt no compassion or sympathy together unseen circumstances. We appreciate Expidia who did a great job with cancel all our bookings. Thanks

Staff ver nice. Room adequate. We had a problem with water leaking into the bathroom from somewhere, so we had water on the floor all the time. The air conditioner couldn’t dry up the humidity in the room. The staff kept coming in to shut the ac off, when we left the room. No hot water for showers. Reason given was, because of Covid. Very good location, middle of downtown. Lots of restaurants and a very short distance to the beach. No buffet breakfast, as advertised! Not bad for the money we paid.

In short: I do not recommend it. Why? Well, in essence I have the following comments regarding the hotel: 1. The service is actually very good. Quite above average, and that needs to be emphasized. In relation to the attention of the hotel staff and their hospitality I have no complaints. 2. The cleanliness of the bathrooms and common areas is not the best. Moisture stains, smell of paint in the rooms, washbasin, etc.. The restaurant also does not have the best possible cleanliness, the chairs are dirty, the tables are dirty and the floor with clear signs of not having been properly cleaned, dirty windows all the time and everywhere .... 3. The air conditioner leaks water inside the room, which makes the humidity issue even more serious. In short, the hotel has the potential to be good if they improve the cleanliness and maintenance in general, but as it is now, it is not the best option for the price they ask. I would like to highlight, however, the excellent attention we received from the staff.

Écriture Le personnel de l’hôtel était serviable, gentil et courtois, et nous avons apprécié leur attitude. Malheureusement, l’hôtel est loin d’être bien entretenu. Nous avons trouvé plusieurs coquerelles ainsi que des fourmis dans notre chambre. Il y avait également des fourmis dans le petit buffet du déjeuner, notamment autour de la nourriture et de la section où les aliments étaient servis. Le déjeuner était assez limité : il y avait notamment des œufs, des fruits et toujours une sorte de petit pain frit. Une partie du buffet était en libre-service, tandis qu’une autre était servie par le personnel. Malgré cela, nous avons constaté la présence de fourmis dans les deux sections. Concernant l’entretien de la chambre, il fallait régulièrement demander pour obtenir des serviettes propres et du papier de toilette. Les draps étaient propres, mais l’entretien général laissait à désirer. Comme nous revenions souvent avec du sable, il aurait été nécessaire de nettoyer le plancher plus régulièrement. En résumé, même si le personnel était très gentil et courtois, la présence de coquerelles et de fourmis, autant dans la chambre qu’au buffet du déjeuner, ainsi que le manque d’entretien général de l’hôtel, ont grandement nui à notre expérience.

Equipe muito bem treinada e sempre muito prestativos, todos os dias o quarto era limpo e as toalhas trocadas, o café da manhã também estava muito bom tudo feito na hora, o hotel tem uma fácil localização ficando próximo ao centrinho e dos locais que saem para passeios. Minha única reclamação é a cama pois estava com a minha noiva e aparentemente eram duas camas de solteiros juntas então ficava um buraco no meio, fora isso estava tudo muito bom. Ar condicionado bom e água quente todos os dias.

A equipe da recepção eram muito gentis e solícitas, mas a acomodação não é exatamente como nas fotos. O café da manhã era no estilo americano (ovos, pães, geleia e frutas), não sendo permitido alterações exceto as que estava disponíveis no dia. A localização do hotel é boa, com uma curta caminhada até a praia. Tivemos bastante dificuldades com a contratação de passeios por meio do agente oficial do hotel, o que acabou nos causando um certo estresse durante a viagem.

Quiero dejar constancia de mi inconformidad con la experiencia en el hotel en San Andrés. Hace mucho no me encontraba con un nivel de descuido tan evidente en un lugar que, además, no es económico. Las condiciones de infraestructura son inaceptables: muebles deteriorados, baño en mal estado, paredes con humedad levantada y sin mantenimiento, y una nevera oxidada. A esto se suma la falta de elementos básicos de confort, como mantas o cobijas, lo cual resulta incomprensible. El servicio tampoco responde a lo esperado: no hay recepción en horas de la noche ante cualquier eventualidad, y el desayuno es excesivamente básico. Por otro lado, los colchones y almohadas con protectores plásticos generan ruido constante, haciendo muy difícil descansar. Considero que la relación costo-calidad es totalmente desproporcionada y que este nivel de descuido no debería permitirse en un establecimiento de este tipo. Espero que tomen medidas urgentes para mejorar estas condiciones.

A localização é tranquila, porém simples, com poucos comércios importantes por perto; para um mercado maior é preciso caminhar 7–10 minutos, e muitos moradores nem conhecem o hotel. O retorno da praia pode ser cansativo. O atendimento foi o melhor da estadia: o Frank é extremamente simpático e prestativo, e havia também um senhor muito gentil que ajudava no café e em pequenos reparos. O hotel precisa de mais funcionários. Ficamos no apartamento 11, que fica fora da recepção. A cama é grande e muito confortável e o frigobar funcionava bem. O ar-condicionado funciona, mas não gela o suficiente e demora a ligar porque depende do cartão. O quarto não tem janela nem cortina, tem cheiro forte de umidade, poucos móveis e nenhum local para secar roupas. A TV é grande, porém com a parte inferior da tela distorcida. O banheiro tem bom tamanho, dois espelhos e água quente, mas a regulagem é difícil. O banheiro molha inteiro, escorreguei no primeiro dia e nem sempre havia tapete. Faltam suportes para produtos de higiene, a bica da pia é ruim e o móvel inferior estava sujo. A limpeza deixou a desejar: encontrei tampinha de cerveja, cacos de vidro e insetos mais de uma vez. A umidade e a dificuldade para secar roupas também incomodaram. O café da manhã é simples, com ovos mexidos, pão de forma, geleia às vezes congelada, frutas, iogurte, sucrilhos e café, mas a qualidade dos itens não é boa. No geral, pode atender quem precisa apenas de algo básico para dormir.
