Great Customer Service. Room needs upgrades!

The room was ok. The small kitchen is a plus. We thought the room was going to be bigger and got a different and smaller room than expected. The staff is super nice! specially young John in the reception desk and the housekeeper Carmen. 100 points for both!

Houve uma falha de comunicação entre o hotel e o Hoteis.com, porque a proprietária falou que havia cancelado, mas não me foi informado. Fiquei na rua com uma gestante. Sorte que encontrei outro hotel, mais caro pelo avançar da hora.
