Die Mitarbeiter waren herzlich, freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit – obwohl ich alleine reiste, fühlte ich mich nie einsam. We called several times and no one could answer us and kept breathing heavy into the phone. Asked for directions and got none. Went to their profile to find further directions and came up to the same spot. We eventually had to find another place and pay for another hotel.”
