Vacations Close To Samurai Beach

Adriana was so wonderful, I stayed for a wonderful 3 days. My flight got delayed 3 hrs 😣 she made my stay so wonderful especially after that long flight. If I ever go back I would love to stay here again 💯 it was perfect, extremely clean & felt very safe for traveling as a female.

Rooms and these were good only thing I didn’t care for was every time we went to get a Lyft or an Uber we always had to go to the parking garage versus the front gate or the side tower valet for the 77 area but other than that overall, state was pleasant. Food and drinks are definitely overrated and expensive and the waitresses coming around to the table for drinks or a few and far between. and they always expected tips which was kind of annoying, especially when you’re losing money at the slot machines because everything tight.

We had some strange encounters, not gonna get into it, the hotel knows. However the room is super spacious and clean, a lot of staff but service and attentiveness are spread thin. Wasn’t a bad stay but at least people were kind.

Overall the hotel is in a great location. Initial service staff were accommodating and helpful, especially the bell staff. However, after checking in, any requests from the front desk takes quite a while. Valet charged me twice, no refund was provided despite acknowledgment only one evening of usage. We stayed for 5 nights in one of the two bedroom suites. For a 5 Star hotel, I expected more.

Good location and facilities. Only one thing point out was vallet parking hand over location information. If it has been shared in advance, that will be perfect.
