I loved my stay at this hotel. No frills, clean and spacious room and only a 7 minute walk to Registan Square. Breakfast was wonderful. Staff are super nice, my favorite the smiley lady at breakfast. I was running late, the owner of the hotel who happened to be visiting gave me a ride to the train station. Will definitely stay here again when I visit with my mother next year.

This is a lovely hotel tucked away on a quiet street but just steps away from ragistan square. It was very clean and comfortable and run by a kind family. I stayed for one week and really appreciated the location, the quiet and the quality for my budget. Its perfect for solo travel and also for a base camp near everything

This property’s location was ideal, just 10 minute walk from Regastan Square. The breakfast was solid, but scrambled eggs would have been nice. Still, the free breakfast was a nice touch. Finally, the guys at the front desk were very helpful.

Lovely stay

Good accommodation with a lovely family guest house. Rooms clean and basic, just what we needed. The host was prompt with fixing some small issues we had such as water pressure. Bed placing/AC placing could be better - only because one side of the room would get cold while the other side was still stifling.

The room was quite compact. While it met basic cleanliness standards, we noticed some dust accumulated in the corners. The air conditioning was not very effective, but after requesting to increase the hot water heater, the room became warm. However, due to its nature, it took some time for the room to heat up. The bathroom light was flickering on and off, and there was no bath mat provided, which could be improved. Breakfast was delicious and offered in sufficient quantity. There was also a water dispenser in the breakfast area, available 24 hours a day, which was very convenient. There is a great bakery nearby, so we highly recommend visiting it during your stay.

First the positives: clean, spacious room, good AC, friendly staff, close walking distance to the Registan, 5-10 min depending on your walking speed. Loved the water dispenser for refilling bottles so we bought fewer throwaway bottles. Unfortunately, there were significant infrastructure issues that need addressed. Our 4-bed room had only two outlets which made charging things difficult. The regular lighting was dim, impossible to read by, and the alternate lighting was red which made the room look like the set for a horror movie. One of the regular lights periodically flickered on and off and one didn’t work at all. A pipe was leaking in the bathroom which meant the floor was always wet. After the first night, I asked them to fix these issues. That evening they said they had, but the problems persisted. The internet was slow and intermittent in our room. Breakfast was just OK. In all fairness, based on other reviews, other rooms may been in better shape, but our experience was disappointing.

場所は少し分かりづらいところにありますが、YandexGoで行ったのでホテルの前まで付けてくれました。レジスタン広場まで徒歩10分で、コスパは最高です。スタッフもフレンドリーでとても気持ちのいい滞在になりました。またサマルカンドを訪れる際は是非泊まりたいホテルです。

●良かった点 レギスタン広場まで徒歩でいける立地 ●悪かった点 それ以外全て。 施設はホステルに毛が生えた程度のクオリティ。部屋は広いですが十分に清掃が行き渡ってるとは言えず。 朝食も貧相なもので2日目はパスしました。 せっかくいい立地にあるのだから、サービス全体見直した方がいいと思います
