AC not working in rooms during summer!

This is a new and well designed hotel. The problem they have is that their central AC is just not strong enough for summer. The temperature in the rooms with the AC on was a sweltering 28C. The hotel staff tried their best - the engineer came multiple times and did his best but the AC blast was just not strong enough. Maria at reception did her absolute best and even gave us another room but it had the same issue.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this remarkable hotel and I cannot speak highly enough of the experience. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was nothing short of extraordinary. Their warm and attentive service truly made me feel like a valued guest. The hotel itself was impeccable, with luxurious amenities and well-maintained facilities. One highlight was the availability of golf cars to transport guests to “The Eternal City”- Samarkand and to the near attractions, It was a fantastic and convenient way to explore the nearby attractions. The staff's knowledge of the city was invaluable in providing recommendations and arranging seamless transportation. The attention to detail and commitment to excellence were evident in every aspect of my stay. I was thoroughly impressed with this hotel's cleanliness and attention to detail. The room was spotless, and the services provided were top-notch. The gym facilities were well-maintained and had a variety of equipment. The food offered at the hotel was delicious, with a wide range of options to choose from. I couldn't have asked for a better experience in terms of cleanliness, amenities, and dining. Highly recommended I want to express my sincere gratitude to the entire team for making my visit truly unforgettable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking an exceptional experience. Le camere sono moderne, accoglienti e pulite. Nulla da obiettare. La colazione è gestita in modo terribile. Scadente e troppa confusione nonostante l’hotel non fosse affollato. La parte dei dolci non veniva riassortita. Altro lato negativo è che i ristoranti a cena sono vuoti e tristi. Un hotel dovrebbe lavorare meglio su questo lato, una sala vuota non invita certo a sedersi. Altro aspetto negativo i tempi di arrivo dei taxi. Con 6 hotel nella zona dovrebbero lavorare insieme per migliorare questo aspetto

Staff (the guy with black hair) in the day shift upon checking in welcomed badly. No information regarding the time for breakfast or any adds on if there is. Also the door of the balcony was broken. But check out was good. The girl in the day shift were great and helped us with calling the doctor.

Wat een fantastische hotel!! Alles is echt top! Goede ontbijt met veel keus. Luxe van 5 sterren hotel. Je wordt hier echt als koning behandeld. Ontzettend goede service en lieve personeel. Qua hygiëne ontbreekt hier helemaal niks. We hebben ontzettend genoten van onze kamer. We hadden een suite met slaapkamer en woonkamer. Onze kinderen van 5 en 6 hebben ook fijne bedden gekregen op de kamer. Er is echt aan alles gedacht.. zoals badjassen voor volwassenen en voor kinderen, slippers en verschillende toilet artikelen. Luxe badkamer met alle gemak. Smart tv was erg fijn!! Mochten wij terug komen naar Samarkand dan kiezen we zeker weer voor dit hotel. We willen graag alle personeel bedanken voor de gastvrijheid en voor de service. Met name dank aan: Zafarbek en Otabek van restaurant en resectie dame: Xokima
