This property was the nicest place I have stayed on my trip. Very good service and they also did laundry for a very reasonable price. Excellent breakfast. Staff members were very helpful making sure I got a taxi to the train station. Excellent family owned business! Thank you!

The Staff was very warm and welcoming. They even prepared breakfast early when they came to know that we're leaving early morning. The location is perfect and near Registan Square and a lot of markets for food and shopping. We ate a lot 😄 Rooms were good but bathroom was slightly tight in space.

Friendly hotel

Friendly helpful staff. Good size bedroom. Nice breakfast buffet, although finishes relatively early. On a quiet side road, about 30 minute walk into city centre.

Loved the stay 😍😍😍

Cinzano Complex We stayed in for 3 nights and 4 days. Very helpful staff. Breakfast is included in the hotel stay and is very delicious. Location is a bit away from the center but easily reachable to the center in taxi as low as 1 dollar. Request for a room overlooking the city to get some natural light in the room during the day. Azim and his father are the owners and are one of the best owners of a property have ever seen, very helpful and kind.

Ottima esperienza!

Basic hotel, location is a bit far from Registan but walkable. Restaurants close by. Staff didn't speak English, so if you don't speak Uzbek or Russian, you have to use translator. However, service was very good and I was able to check out late. Breakfast was basic but good.
