This is one of the best hotels I have stayed in and it is Ulrich who made the visit so memorable. Right from the moment you walk in you feel welcomed and that your comfort matters. She truly cares about her guests and goes out of the way to help if needed. The rooms are bright, colorful and spacious. Location is very convenient . Thanks Beatrice and Nico for greeting us with a smile at breakfast every morning!

One night stay here visiting Salzburg. Well appointed, very clean and cozy hotel that is walking distance from main attractions in old town. Breakfast was amazing and even though we didn’t eat dinner at hotel, the restaurant looked beautiful and I heard the food is outstanding. The staff were so kind and helpful. They made check in seamless, we arrived by car and it’s not the easiest location to drive up to because of the pedestrian square. I believe it was Chris from reception, came right out to direct us and assist from the moment we arrived. Parking is available a short walk from the hotel. The room appeared freshly renovated with comfortable bed, crisp sheets, stocked fridge, coffee and tea, all complimentary. Breakfast was delicious and our server, Beatrice, was charming! Would highly recommend if you’re heading to Salzburg.

I stayed at this property with my mom for one night and our only regret is that we couldn’t stay longer! Seriously, it’s that amazing. The staff is SO welcoming, kind, friendly, accommodating, etc. We have stayed in quite a few hotels but we can both say this is a top experience for us. Excellent location, beautiful and spacious rooms, wonderful breakfast. I’d highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Salzburg and we hope to return ourselves one day!!

Beautiful little boutique hotel in the heart of the old town with fabulous owner who made us feel like we were visiting old friends! Stylish and unique property with a fantastic restaurant where we dined on the first night. Excellent place to stay in Salzburg, highly recommend!

The hotel is a gem on a guiet street. It was our first visit to Salzburg and the location was perfect. Everything was within a 15 minute walk. The staff was phenomenal and made you feel instantly at home. If you are looking for a small intimate hotel this is it.

A really lovely stay in a super comfortable boutique hotel. What made this exceptional for me was the kind, welcoming and professional team, with special mention and thanks to Ulrike. She was friendly and welcoming from our first meeting. That is what makes a short stay memorable. The room was nicely fitted and great bathroom. The breakfast was also excellent. Highly recommended and hope to stay again next time we are in Salzburg.

Property was very difficult to find but well worth it!! Off site parking in parking garage. You have to carry your luggage through town. Staff was extremely helpful in helping us find hotel. Exceptional Stay

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful hotel, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. From the moment I walked in, I was captivated by the elegant and thoughtfully designed decor. Every detail added to the luxurious ambiance, making it feel like a true retreat. The rooms were spacious, and the bathrooms were impressively large – a rare find! They were well-appointed, and it was clear that comfort was a top priority. The amenities provided were top-notch, adding an extra layer of indulgence to my stay. The customer service was truly outstanding. Every member of the staff went above and beyond, but I must give special thanks to Elrike, who was incredibly attentive and helpful. She made sure every aspect of my stay was perfect and added a personal touch that made me feel right at home.
