We were very happy with our stay at Master Mirabell! Everything was as described in the listing and the apartment hotel was close to everything we needed in town (within walking distance to just about everything). Check-in was also extremely easy! If we return to Salzburg someday, we will definitely stay here again!

This is an excellent location for anyone to explore Salzburg, less than 10 minutes from the train station and a leisurely 15 minute stroll to the Altstadt where all the things that tourists want to do is. The rooms were clean and large with good AC and nice showers. I would recommend Master Mirabell to anyone and would happily stay here again.

Great location. Walkable. Laundry usage wasn’t planned but super handy. Although other guests did seem to spend an inordinate amount of time doing laundry so maybe don’t plan on it. The communal patio was nice for relaxing late evening after a day out sightseeing.

Very good location and smooth check-in and check-out process. Self-service laundry was provided at no cost. The only thing is, whenever the glass door from elevator area to the passageway is closed, our room door rattled.

We took advantage of the lockers to drop of our luggage before checkin and leave our luggage after checkout. A great service in a nice room with toilets, seating, and laundry facilities. We also liked the location, walking distance to old town, and how quiet it was from traffic noise.

All good, a bit cramped for a family of four, but comfortable beds and well set up. The only thing is the windows take up the whole of the large expanse of outside walls and the curtains don’t close fully. Overall we enjoyed it. Good location as well.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I was pleasantly surprised by how easy and seamless the check-in process was. Everything was done through the app, and I could simply contact the host via WhatsApp using a QR code. The host responded very quickly and made the whole check-in process effortless. It was also incredibly easy to access the apartment. Each apartment has its own unique access code, which makes everything very convenient and stress-free. The apartment was very clean and comfortable, and everything I needed was provided. The kitchen was clean and well-equipped, and overall, I had a great experience staying here. Very convenient, clean, easy, and well-organized. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend it!

Amazing accommodation in Salzburg. We were a family of 4 staying in the penthouse apartment. Lots of space and we had our own washing machine and dryer. Great location between the station and the old town. Great restaurants nearby. It was hot when we were there so the air conditioning was much appreciated! And a view of the mountains from our window! We also used the luggage room on our last day as we had an evening train - this was great too. Easy communication with staff via what’s app to let us know when our apartment was ready. We would definitely stay again.

Nice and clean appartment. New and appealing. Easy access, easy check-in and very safe. For me who had to sleep on the sofa I am, however, disappointed. The advertising says ‘sofa bed’. It is not! It is a normal sofa, and was not at all comfortable.
