I loved the staff they were so friendly and helpful. The beautiful host I forgot her name actually took me to where the bus stop was and gave us maps and information. She gave us our free bus tickets. The bus stops right at the corner. It's so easy to get there from the train station. If you dont mind no air-conditioning they gave us 2 fans. It is a budget hotels all other hotels can ne expensive in Salzburg. We didn't have the breakfast but a short walk to a delicious bakery for sandwiches and coffee. Over all a great place and perfect location. There is a tea kettle and she gave us tea and apples.
