I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who will visit Salzburg and its nearby attractions; mainly because it is so accessible via public transportation - a bus top just outside the hotel where you can take #21 bus directly to city center (23 minutes ride). The hotel is modern, room space is adequate, and beds are comfy, staffs are helpful and courteous. An added bonus is a McDonald right next door. I will definitely stay here again in the future

This property is served by a bus and Tourist tax includes bus travel. Was quiet clean and breakfast in hotel is much better than McDonald's next door. Nothing apart from McDonald's here. Otherwise good value for money as accommodation is Salzburg is expensive. Served our requirements.

There was a bus stop right on site that gets to Salzburg quickly. Nice shower, good bed, great AC. Quiet, and there was even a club in the building. Had a very nice stay, got great sleep, would return and recommend, thank you!

I really enjoyed my 2 night stay! The room was nice and clean and I loved that they had a buffet breakfast and that was very convenient and delicious!!! The buses into the main city were easy to ride on with a stop right in front of the hotel! If I could change anything at all, it would be to add a couple more dining options for dinner. Other than that, it was a great place to stay!!! And very affordable!!!!!

The hotel and services were cool. The breakfast was ok but on Saturday there was a loud music in club downstairs up until deep night. Next day I reported the incovenience cauaed. The staff member offered us an upgrade in room service. In a new room on 3rd floor there was no issue with noise and it was more spacious as well. Regarding the hotel location it is basically sides of a huge road. Having Mc Donald's near hotel is a huge plus and a bus stop as well. Just be aware of this. The windows are food, no road noise was heard inside rooms. Overall good stay, would be 5 stars if no the noise issue on the first day.

My wife and I booked two nights after our three country tour. We travelled by train. However, we realised the location of this hotel at booking as being more appropriate for car travel, but due to availability booked. The hotel is good, very clean and despite traffic, is very quiet. The reception is on the first floor by external steps. There is a lift. Good breakfast and very helpful reception. The room doors have keypad access for security. Wifi excellent. AC very effective and controllable. The hotel is walkable to the train station, once you have identified how to cross the traffic. There is a 21 bus which stops directly outside and a 23 bus which stops at Maxstrasse. If you get a 23 bus, you need to locate a dead end road called Landstrasse, where there is an underpass under the railway, which leads to the hotel. There are other underpasses to get into the town.

Hotel an sich Ok, nicht im Zentrum, seit heuer kostenpflichtiger Parkplatz, soweit außerhalb der Stadt eigentlich ein No Go, das heißt das Zimmer kostet ab jetzt 10 € mehr! Werde nicht nicht mehr buchen!

Die Aussicht aus den Fenstern wurde durch eine unsinnige gemusterte Folie leider versperrt :( sehr schade! Ansonsten hatten wir einen angenehmen Aufenthalt und waren sehr dankbar für die Bushaltestelle vor der Tür!

Das Personal ist super nett und hilfsbereit. Nach einem guten Frühstück (reichhaltiges Angebot) kann man den Tag dann starten. Die Servicekräfte sorgen ständig für Sauberkeit und Nachschub. Das Benehmen einiger Gäste ist erschreckend !! Da werden die Teller mit Essen vollgeladen, am Ende bleibt die Hälfte davon am völlig verdreckten Tisch zurück. (Geschirr selbst abräumen... undenkbar) Wenn ich in einem anderen Land Urlaub mache, muss ich mein Benehmen dementsprechend anpassen. Lautstarke Unterhaltungen am Handy stören die anderen Gäste und sollten außerhalb des Frühstückraums geführt werden. (eigentlich völlig normal) Das kostenlose Ticket für den Nahverkehr find ich sehr positiv. Ein kleiner Hinweis, ein Schuhlöffel im Zimmer wäre schön. Bestimmt war das nicht mein letzter Aufenthalt bei Ihnen. Bis dahin LG RW

Fast perfekt 👍

Wir waren drei Personen und hatten zwei Zimmer. Eines im Blick auf Innenhof,das andere Richtung Berg bzw. Parkplatz. War OK. Das Hotel war sauber und das ganze Personal war sehr bemüht und freundlich. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Betten waren sehr bequem. Das Frühstück war lecker und die Dame die für das Buffet zuständig war,hat sich hervorragend um alles gekümmert,es hat an nichts gefehlt und sie hatte stets einen Blick auf die Sauberkeit. Super. Einziger Kritikpunkt ist der Eingangsbereich, außerhalb des Hotels. Die Treppe bzw.der Aufgang gehörte Mal ordentlich geputzt.Der erste Eindruck zählt viel, deshalb ein Punkt abzug.Aber wir kommen doch gerne wieder .
