A great hotel in a very good location

Didn’t like the fact that they only clean and change towels every other day. However they check the bar everyday. Staff very courteous but very dangerous to stay outside the hotel after 6, 7pm. Had to stay right by the door, not even on the side walk. Very good for a 3 star hotel, but never 4 stars.

Custo benefíco razoável, quarto bom!

O quarto é muito bom, a localização é boa, tem dois restaurantes próximos, com cara de buteco, que a comida é excelente e preço justissímo. A academia tem um visual sensacional, mas precisa de manutenção nos equipamentos e ar condicionado. Piscina com vista bonita porém sem aquecimento. Na área de piscina não tem serviço de atendimento, se você quiser tem que descer no quarto ou na portaria em um mercadinho.

Bem razoável. Quarto grande, cama confortável, limpeza em dia. O hotel peca em atendimento: zero convidativos e sem cordialidade. Café da manhã apressam para que você saia do salão mesmo que não esteja consumindo o buffet. O hotel não possui restaurante, mas ao solicitar um talher, lhe cobram por isso. Solicitam que botem a placa de limpeza no quarto, mas não havia nenhuma disponível, tivemos que cobrar. Não há opções de tomadas em locais estratégicos, apenas uma que fica atrás do travesseiro (atrapalhando o sono) e para usar as outras você precisa desconectar outros aparelhos. Iluminação pela noite deixa a desejar.

Experiência ok

O quarto é muito bom, não há o que reclamar. O que deixa a desejar é o café da manhã, muito fraco, poucas opções e algumas comidas como cuscuz está ressecado, comi um pão que estava parecendo que era do dia anterior, enfim, o café da manhã é o oposto dos quartos, sem contar os talheres que são de sobremesa, horríveis. O estacionamento é pago, 20 reais a diária, acho desnecessária a a cobrança, tendo em vista o valor que você paga pela estadia, deveria ser uma cortesia. Fiquei 5 diárias, 100 reais, academia com aparelhos sem manutenção, como o elíptico e o barra guiada, enfim, o hotel apresenta bons quartos, porém deixa a desejar em outros aspectos.
