The hotel was way more expensive for what it has provided . The rooms were in bad condition and not clean enough, the pictures Provided in Expedia do not show the real conditions of the hotel , be aware.

IF YOU WANT TO SLEEP and ARE A TOURIST DO NOT STAY HERE Ive actually stayed here several months earlier and it was not great, but this time around was so Horrible i had to leave 5 days early (losing that money) and check into a different Hotel I dont know if its because of the low rates, but the people staying here were Loud and leaving their children running arouns the hallways all day and night. Even the cleaning ladies were LOUD Ive been to Brazil multiple times, and even have cousins there, but this.was THE wORSE stay i ever had I read the reviews.again before i booked and people staying in the lower floor (basement) complained about a sewage smell I booked the Top (3rd) floor. OMG the sewage smell was in the bathroom coming through the floor drain. I had to.sleep with the bathroom door closed and cover my mouth snd nose when using the toilet. When taking a shower id leave the door closed for 15-20 minutes to flush out the smell The worse part of the Hotel though was the unbearable Noise. Guy in room next to me was also banging the wall all the time for who knows what reason. My stay was just over 2 weeks.booked but could only stand 7 days

Reservei um quarto para 1 pessoa. Me colocaram em um quarto com 1 cama de casal e 2 camas de solteiro super gigante o quarto não gostei. Fora que a porta era um trabalho danado para fechar quando fui fechar na parte de dentro a maçaneta caia TD hora a televisão nem se quer ligava o chuveiro só pingava horrível. Aí quando fui na recepção questionar me trataram com descaso. Minha estaria foi horrível não gostei sério msm .

Do inferno ao paraíso.

Inicialmente, a recepcionista que me recebeu, ao me ver no balcão não me deu nem um boa noite. Fiquei esperando uns 7 minutos até ela terminar de atender outro hóspede. Além dessa falta de cordialidade, me colocaram em um quarto no subsolo que estava com cheiro de mofo. No dia seguinte pela manhã, por volta dàs 6:00hs; começaram uns barulhos, o que atrapalhou meu sono. Então, fui na recepção e já estava outra atendente, muito simpática inclusive. Expliquei que o quarto que eu estava não havia me agradado, e que não consegui descansar direito por causa dos barulhos vindos de cima. Descobri que esses barulhos eram de cadeiras arrastando, pois este quarto era exatamente em baixo do refeitório. Ela com toda boa vontade, me mudou para um quarto muito melhor. A partir do 2° dia, foi uma grande diferença. Em resumo: O primeiro dia foi terrível, e os outros dois foram ótimos.
