Hotel com estrutura pessima.

Tive uma experiência horrível nesse hotel , Não recomendo pelo fato de inúmeras irregularidades, a limpeza é precária , eles não limpam o quarto de maneira adequada e limpa simplesmente só trocam a lixeira e arruma roupa de cama , tem que ficar pedindo a troca de toalha , e quando são trocadas tem um cheiro de mofo como se fossem armazenadas de maneira inadequada, o ar condicionado não gela de maneira nenhuma , o quarto é extremamente quente devido ao calor do local , fora que o quarto aparecia baratinhas pelos cantos uma situação inadmissível, visto que você está pagando por um serviço e é obrigado a passar por diversos transtornos sem qualquer auxílio ou reparação do hotel , a infraestrutura está totalmente precária , instalações muito velhas , chuveiro com lodo no compartimento onde sai a água onde foi necessário utilizar papel higiênico para limpeza pois fica óbvio que não há , box entupido que transborda água pelo banheiro inteiro. Várias infiltrações no banheiro e no decorrer do quarto que necessita de manutenção, a sujeira no quarto e por falta de limpeza mesmo , pois é nítido que o hotel não tem uma supervisão ou gerência que atua na fiscalização da limpeza que é extremamente sujo , outro problema que os quartos não tem uma comunicação com a recepção , não tem interfone e os hóspedes tem que se deslocar até a recepção para resolver algo. Eles disponibilizam um telefone WhatsApp para contato porém eles não responde. A vigilância deveria ser acionada para fiscalizar.

Infelizmente a experiência não foi satisfatória.

Já fiquei neste hotel outras vezes, mas percebi que a qualidade caiu muito. Fui numa viagem com uma amiga, indiquei pra ela porque já conhecia, mas foi frustrante. Quando chegamos no quarto estava com um cheiro ruim no chão, que também estava úmido e pegajoso como se fosse passado pano de qualquer forma. O chuveiro quando abria molhava todo o banheiro, mesmo abrindo com cuidado e a partir do segundo dia não aquecia mais. Também tinha baratinhas andando pelo banheiro. O café da manhã também foi um transtorno, todos os dias, íamos em horários variáveis e independente de ser cedo ou tarde, sempre faltavam os alimentos, era uma fila para servir e sempre faltava algum item, xícara, café, leite, prato sempre tinha que esperar algum item. Dava pra ver o pessoal da cozinha desesperado como se não houvesse uma preparação para quantidade pessoas. O atendimento também deixou a desejar, a recepção sempre com uma comunicação violenta para qualquer dúvida que tivemos. A jacuzzi muito sua já é não funciona mais como antes. Sem manutenção. Infeliz a rede Andrade tá deixando muito a desejar… já é o terceiro hotel do grupo que passo por esse transtorno.

Hotel precário sem manutenção

Bom vou relatar a péssima experiência que tive nesse hotel , já me hospedei anteriormente e não tive tanto problemas como agora , o hotel está totalmente fora dos padrões de funcionamento de um hotel , começando pelas instalações precárias dentro dos quartos onde as instalações estão completamente velhas e sem nenhuma manutenção, ar condicionado que não gela e fica pingando água no chão abaixo do corredor do quarto , banheiro com infiltração e vazamentos em áreas do box , baratas francesinhas andando pelos corredores do quarto e do banheiro simplesmente um descaso com o hóspede, rouparia de cama e toalhas extremamente velhas é mal lavadas , lençóis manchados e de pessima qualidade , o hotel em geral precisa de manutenção em todos setores e segmentos pois a infraestrutura está pessima.

O banheiro do quarto que eu fiquei estava cheio de barata, pedi pra moça da recepção limpar e o quarto não foi limpo quando eu retornei, a porta do meu quarto apareceu “aberta” durante a manhã do outro dia, a tomada do lado da cama simplesmente caiu no travesseiro ela simplesmente estava solta, a porta do banheiro estava quebrada não fechava na hora de tomar banho, pedi um edredom e veio um fiapo de pano, na hora do café eu fiquei sem saber se eu estava numa sauna ou tomando café de tão quente, pois os ar-condicionados estavam desligados.

Atendimento de má vontade

Meu banheiro tem uma torneira e um registro que nao para de vazar agua. Precisei atender um cliente na area do cafe q ja estava vazia so pra ficar um pouco mais confortavel por conta do ar condicionado e ficaram me empurrando de um lado para outro sem querer deixar. Precisa mesmo disso? Nao é pq estamos comprando a diarai por aqui q precisa colocar a gente no pior quarto nao.
