There was little to no cleaning of the room from staff, the power went out with no way for us to get into our room and the night staff member didnt have our keycard eventhough we left it with the day staff. Eventhough he did a good job managing things, he was on his own dealing with the majority. The food was okay and when the power did come back we did get to use the service lift. Our bathroom had mould in ir and the shower head had a lot of limescale and dirt.

Um ótimo custo benefício, chuveiro forte e quente, ar condicionado bom, café da manhã incluso e muito bom, toalhas novas e limpas , só precisa de um pouco de manutenção, 3 elevadores e um não estava funcionando. Bem localizado, tem mercado e restaurantes perto.

Fiz reserva pelo site agendaram o dia errado, passei muito tempo na recepção cheia e em pé com minha esposa e filha de colo até conseguir liberação, tive que pagar pelo estacionamento do próprio hotel, café da manhã de poucas opções o sabor de algumas coisas não estavam agradáveis. Os elevadores funcionam bem, quarto organizado e limpo, funcionários receptivos.

Cama confortável, quarto limpo, ar condicionado e chuveiro quente funcionando perfeitamente, funcionários atenciosos, estacionamento seguro (paga 10,00 a diária), o café da manhã é muito bom, só senti falta de tapioca. Tem uma conveniência e uma lanchonete na parte de baixo do prédio, o que facilita a vida de quem quer comer alguma coisa por ali mesmo. E tem uma lanchonete com uma pizza maravilhosa que fica ao lado do prédio.

As expectativas, que já eram baixas por conta de muitas avaliações negativas, mostraram uma realidade bem pior. Apesar de não poder exigir muito, por conta do preço pago, esperava um local minimamente confortável para passar a noite. O hotel tem um aspecto de velho e mal cuidado. O quarto tem muito mofo nas paredes, com um cheiro muito forte que assusta logo na entrada (pessoas alérgicas devem evitar). As toalhas pareciam ter uns dez anos de uso extremo. Uma já estava rasgada e a outra rasgou durante o uso. O café da manhã é compatível com o preço. Em resumo, só vale a pena se você não tem problema com mofo e quer um lugar barato para dormir nesse bairro.
