Hotel ruim, sujo, com baratas que aparecem toda noite dentro do quarto. Tirei foto, filmei, troquei de quarto duas vezes, não adianta. É estrutural, no hotel inteiro. Pecam demais na higiene. Experimente olhar por baixo da cama, para ter uma ideia da situação. Além de vários quartos estarem totalmente impregnados com cheiro de cigarro, porque os hóspedes não respeitam e a gestão pouco faz. Por causa do preço acessível e boa localização, está sempre cheio o ano todo. E aí piora ainda mais porque os elevadores não dão conta, sempre tem um desligado e outro quebrado. Dos três elevadores, muitas vezes apenas um está funcionando. Conhecendo o hotel feito conheço hoje, não vale a pena voltar mesmo pelo preço. Há outras opções mais limpas e com valor similar. Pontos positivos do hotel: o café da manhã é bom, apesar do medo com a higiene (a julgar pelos quartos e limpeza geral), a localização é excelente, o lugar é seguro, a garagem é ótima para manobrar e também segura, com porteiro 24h. E apesar de todos os problemas, os funcionários são muito atenciosos, solícitos e simpáticos.

Boa opção para o carnaval

Bom hotel, localizado numa área tranquila da cidade, fácil acesso. Atendimento bastante cortês pelos funcionários tanto do front desk quanto do café da manhã. Precisa melhorar a manutenção de elevadores, pois alguns deles ficaram indisponíveis por alguns dias. Melhorar a dedetização.

Hotel sem nenhuma manutenção. Corredores sujos. Elevador tem 3, mas nunca estão todos funcionando. Os quartos são limpos “por cima”, melhor não olhar muito. Lençóis e toalhas todos manchados. E pra piorar nosso quarto era ao lado de uma sala onde ficavam os condensadores de ar condicionado, ou seja, barulho o dia inteiro e a parede vibrava. Não foi pior pq o colchão, apesar de todo manchado, sem qualquer capa, ainda era bom.

Falta de manutenção no hotel

O quarto em si é bem confortavel so que a manutencao no hotel como um todo deixa bastante a desejar , o banheiro do nosso quarto tinha vazamento, a area de cafe da manha muito pequena pro total de hospedes do hotel

poderia ser melhor

experiência razoável, o pessoal da recepção demorou um pouco no check in, porém as meninas da limpeza e do restaurante no café da manhã são uma simpatia, gostei mais delas do que das pessoas da recepção, no mais acho que o valor que pagamos deveria entregar mais, apesar de que fomos no período de carnaval, e ai as pessoa fazem questão de inflacionar os preços
