Close to beach, convenient and close to lots of bars and restaurants, staff was very helpful. Could be cleaner but you get what you pay for here, not unhappy with the stay at all

O primeiro quarto o chuveiro quente não funcionou, fui trocada de quarto para um melhor. Às toalhas pareciam que tinham mais de 10 anos de uso de tão velhas, os travesseiros, nem se fala. O café da manhã, fraquíssimo além de poucas opções

Mixed Experience: Excellent Staff, But Disappointing Infrastructure I had mixed feelings about my stay at this hotel. On the positive side, the staff was absolutely excellent—friendly, helpful, and professional throughout my visit. Their service was the highlight of my experience. Unfortunately, the hotel’s infrastructure left much to be desired. The facilities felt outdated and not well maintained. It was surprisingly difficult to access clean towels, which was frustrating and unexpected. Another concern was the behavior of some guests. At times, they were loud, disrespectful, and, in a few moments, made the environment feel uncomfortable and even a bit unsettling. Overall, while I deeply appreciated the efforts of the staff, I hope the hotel takes steps to improve its infrastructure and guest environment moving forward.

Hotel válido pela localização. É um prédio bom, mas alguns quartos precisam de uma reforma urgente. Nos colocaram em um quarto cheio de mofo, sem ventilação, cama de madeira. Reclamei na recepção e a atendente foi super simpática e nos transferiu para quarto melhor. As camas não são muito confortáveis. Travesseiro ruim e enxoval péssimo. O ar condicionado GELAVA, foi o ponto positivo. Banheiro muito pequeno e o box bem apertado. Tenho 1.90 e sou PCD tinha muita dificuldade na hora do banho. O quarto não tem interfone. Se precisar falar com a recepção, tem que descer. Café da manhã o básico e todos os dias as mesmas coisas. Considerei justo pelo preço da diária. Foi uma experiência boa, nada traumatizante. Na próxima viagem, ficarei novamente.

Bom custo benefício e falta de cobertores no quart

O Hotel tem uma excelente localizacao, bom café da manhã e bom custo benefício. O único problema é que me hospedei em período de inverno e nao tinha cobertores no quarto. Solicitei um cobertor na recepção que só tinha algo semelhante a uma grande toalha de banho. Passei frio a noite toda.

Estadia horrível. Horrível. Demoraram 2 dias para me darem uma MANTA. O banheiro entupiu, o atendimento foi horrível. O quarto de péssima acomodação. Parecia que eu estava pedindo um favor ao me hospedar. Horrível e não voltaria nunca mais.

Não vale o custo benefício. Localização é ótima, atendimento bom, entretanto as instalações são antigas e falta manutenção. Não tem toalha de rosto, não tem tapete de banheiro. Lençóis velhos e cama desconfortável. Café da manhã horroroso.
