Worst hotel I have been. The rooms are falling apart and the bed is so uncomfortable that I couldn’t sleep during my stay. They don’t provide the basics (no blanket, no hand towel, only one thin pillow). I DO NOT recommend this hotel at all.

Mixed Experience: Excellent Staff, But Disappointing Infrastructure I had mixed feelings about my stay at this hotel. On the positive side, the staff was absolutely excellent—friendly, helpful, and professional throughout my visit. Their service was the highlight of my experience. Unfortunately, the hotel’s infrastructure left much to be desired. The facilities felt outdated and not well maintained. It was surprisingly difficult to access clean towels, which was frustrating and unexpected. Another concern was the behavior of some guests. At times, they were loud, disrespectful, and, in a few moments, made the environment feel uncomfortable and even a bit unsettling. Overall, while I deeply appreciated the efforts of the staff, I hope the hotel takes steps to improve its infrastructure and guest environment moving forward.

Worst Hotel Experience – Avoid at All Costs! I wish I had something positive to say about this hotel, but unfortunately, my experience was awful from start to finish. • Outdated and Poorly Maintained: The hotel is extremely outdated, and the rooms lack even the most basic necessities. • No Proper Bedding: There were no blankets, just a thin bedsheet that barely covered the mattress. • Minimal Towels: For two guests, we were given only one towel—no face towels, no extras. • Security Concerns: The door didn’t seem secure, and when I went to the front desk to complain, the staff was unbelievably rude and dismissive. • Faulty Amenities: The TV barely worked, there were exposed electrical cables, and the shower drain was clogged, causing water to back up every time we used it. This hotel was a complete disappointment. I would never stay here again and strongly advise others to book elsewhere!

Me hospedei no hotel mesmo vendo que a avaliação do mesmo não era boa... queria algo simples porém confortável, me arrependi, o hotel tinha um cheiro extremamente forte de mofo, os cobertores são mal lavados, as tolhas mal lavadas e depois de me enxugar fiquei vários dias me coçando, o banheiro e terrível a porta do box não fecha, espelhos surjos, machados e quebrados. O café da manhã horrível, pão duro, bolo duro, os ovos mexido parece lavagem (não tive coragem de comer) as frutas era recolocada do dia anterior (tudo era recolocado do dia anterior) o pudim duro. a única coisa boa no hotel era a localização e o atendimento.

Equipe razoável , paguei estacionamento e na reserva informava que tinha estacionamento disponível e não falava de cobrança , café horrível , limpeza do Hotel E Dos quartos Horrível , mal cheiro , piso muito encardido , toalhas todas encardidas , sorte que nem usei levo as minhas cama desconfortável , janela não fechava , único ponto positivo localização ótima . Os lençóis do quarto encardidos ,sorte levo os meus quando viajo de carro ! Por favor gerência analisem o hotel pois o local é maravilhoso falta organização e limpeza

O quarto estava em imperfeitas condições de se hospedar. Mas alegaram que não havia outro disponível e me jogaram ali mesmo. O Chão, as cortinas, o assento do sofá a frente das camas, o lençol, estavam completamente sujos. A parece do quarto mofada, o tampo do vaso quebrado, tomadas quebradas e faltantes, travesseiros desgastado, lençol de cama ultra fino, a porta onde fica a fechadura estava remendada, e a porta não fechava, pois não tinha chave, foi uma experiência horrível, me senti em um quarto de cativeiro. E quando acordei depois da primeira noite, estava me coçando e espirrando muito. De fato nunca passei por algo igual. Por favor, reforme esses quartos, pois é muito humilhante passar por isso.

Pior cama que já dormi. 2 camas de mola, que você não consegue ficar 2 minutos na mesma posição pois a mola começa a doer. Foi impossível dormir a noite inteira e descansar em paz. O banheiro não tinha nem ducha, era só o cano, ao menos água era quente. Os elevadores horriveis, parecem ter uns 300 anos, tive que ir de escada a maior parte do tempo. O café da manhã é razoável, sem muita opção mas dá pro gasto. A piscina eu só fui a noite, era ok. Do meu quarto não tinha vista, mas dos quartos perto da piscina tinham uma vista ok do mar.

O local não é sujo mas como o prédio está bem deteriorado e precisando de manutenção, e os lençóis e toalhas são bem velhos, passa o aspecto de sujeira. Os funcionários são nota 10, muito educados e prestativos, o café da manhã é simples, mas tem o básico necessário. Os bolos são bem açucarados, fica difícil comer. Os pães são deliciosos. Quantidade boa de frutas. O hotel está em processo de troca dos ar condicionados, ponto super positivo. Mas o mofo está tomando conta do prédio, a umidade está muito séria, tornando impossível pisar no chão sem sandálias, já que o piso fica molhado do mais absoluto nada. Acordei com meu celular dando aviso de acessórios molhados, mesmo estando em cima da mesa(uma mesa de mármore- isso dá uma noção da tamanha umidade do quarto que fiquei,o 109). Enfim, a localização, estacionamento e pessoas do hotel são excelentes, mas a estrutura é complicada.
