Perfect location. Wayyyyy overpriced for Carnivale, but it is, what it is. The sheets were clean, and the pool area has a good vibe. It’s usually a very cheap hotel, and for its usual $50 per night charge, you would accept it. However, for the $600 during carnival however, it’s a hard pill to swallow.

Massive construction site next door, right in front of your window, that starts work at 7 AM and goes until sundown with an additional 2 hours on some days. They say they change the towels every 2 days but in 7 days not once did they change. Your food wait can be over an hour. Breakfast was mid. Always hesitant to post negative reviews but as we waited for slow elevators other guests mentioned to me , they were counting the days for check out. A large group of travelers was having an amazing time , that might be the best experience here. The location is the best feature

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. The location is perfect—just a short walk to beautiful beaches and the lively center of the island, making it easy to enjoy both relaxation and local attractions. The rooms and common areas were spotless, well-maintained, and gave a fresh, pleasant impression throughout my stay. Breakfast was a highlight: a wide selection of delicious options, all carefully prepared and constantly replenished. The breakfast staff were attentive and ensured everything was in order, creating a relaxed and enjoyable start to each day. Overall, the combination of warm hospitality, excellent location, cleanliness, and a superb breakfast made my stay truly memorable. I would gladly return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the island.

localização impecável, funcionários extremamente atenciosos mas a limpeza do quarto deixou muito a desejar... tinha várias baratas pequenas andando pelo quarto e ele estava bem empoeirado, deu um pouco de nojo o que é uma pena pois a estrutura do quarto é ótima, infelizmente a limpeza foi bem ruim. o quarto bem empoeirado e o meu cofre não funcionava e a internet também não.

Eu não tenho oque falar pq gostei da minha estadia.. só não gostei da comodidade e privacidade do quanto.. pq no quarto tinha uma porta que dava acesso a outro quarto. Tudo que o outro quarto falava eu escutava no quarto que eu estava. Então não tive privacidade nenhuma só isso que não gostei.. uma dica coloquem uma parede nos quartos para não ser constrangedor com os hóspedes

2025 o hotel já estava meio precário mas pelo custo/beneficio valia. Hoje já não mais! Está péssimo. Precisam reformar urgente. Elevadores quebrando e com barulho, banheiro fedido, toalhas encardidas, não tinham mais toalhas para trocar (mesmo estando no nosso 3º dia), o quarto tem uma porta que divide com o quarto do lado e vc escuta tudo, inclusive a pessoa no banheiro para não dizer outra coisa, sol muito alto na piscina nos fds que acaba escutando nos quartos. O café da manhã é a única coisa boa no hotel.

Me colocaram no 11 andar, porém o elevador só vai até o 10 andar. Quando cheguei no quarto parecia que o quarto estava abandonado, as toalhas e o quarto cheios de cabelo, cama com areia. Solicitei a troca de quarto e eles foram super solícitos. Fui pra um quarto menos pior. A verdade é que o hotel tem um super potencial, mas a precisa de muitoooooos reparos ou talvez a de mais mão de obra. O p ponto positivo é a localidade. O café da manhã era ok

Para mim, o mais atrativo do hotel é a localização. O quarto é confortável e o café da manhã é ótimo, mas a estrutura do prédio deixa um pouco a desejar (nada que estrague a estadia). Outro ponto chato é a falta de privacidade, pois no quarto vizinho eu conseguia ouvir tudo o que era conversado. Também achei injusto com o hóspede a garagem ser paga por fora.

Hotel mal.conservado e equipe despreparada para atender turistas. Café da manhã tem muita coisa, mas com qualidade baixa. Bem fraquinho o hotel em todos os quesitos, principalmente a cordialidade. Parecia até que eu tava pedindo favor. Pessoal da recepção parecia está mal humorado ou é típico deles mesmo. Talvez eu esteja acostumado a ser bem recebido em João Pessoa e tb acostumado com a educação do povo de Natal-RN. Sequer informaram sobre wifi (n sei nem se tinha), Encontrei uma barata no quarto. O cartão deu problema pra abrir a porta. Tive que descer pra trocar. Em outro momento voltou a apresentar dificuldades para abrir o quarto. O café da manhã foi o mais fraco que já tomei em todas os hotéis que fiquei. Sequer tinha tapioca, comida típica de todo o nordeste. A acústica do quarto de dia é fraca.
