Boa hospedagem

O hotel é bom, bem localizado. Já nos hospedamos em outra oportunidade na primeira torre em que os quartos são ótimos, tudo novo, organizado e muito limpo. Dessa vez, ficamos na segunda torre em que a acomodação era boa embora menor e, tinha morfo com o cheiro forte no quarto. O café da manhã é razoável.

Fomos em família. Ocupamos 4 quartos. O meu, tirando as toalhas fininhas e a ausencia da tolha piso para banheiro, o quarto estava ok. Piscina em fds interditada. Quando liberou, nao tinha toalhas para piscina, estavam todas lavando... inacreditavel. Os demais quartos da família: chaves nao abriam portas dos quartos, ar condicionado sem funcionar e funcionarios disseram.que nao podiam fazer nada. Meu pai, cadeirante, nao tinha acesso ao banheiro do quarto, pois a cadeira de rodas nao passa, e disseram que o quarto era acessível. Toalhas dos quartos deles encardidas, finas e até rasgadas. Inacreditável. Enfim, foi um monte de coisinhas. Saímos chateados. Um.fds de estresse quando era para ser de lazer.
