We very much enjoyed our stay! There were a few issues but overall, well worth the value. The staff, especially those who spoke English were very kind and helpful. If lounging by the pool is important to you, please know that the chairs by the pool are dated and in uncomfortable condition. Other than that, a remarkable stay for the cost. The location of the property allowed us easy access to various shopping, food and tourist sites.

Quarto limpo, amplo, com boa roupa de cama assim como colchão e travesseiros. O grande problema é que a temperatura do ar condicionado, não baixava de 23 graus. Falamos com a atendente da recepção e a mesma disse que certamente essa era a temperatura de todos os quartos. Para nossa surpresa, outros colegas nossos que também estavam hospedados no Quality, pois estávamos em um congresso, relataram o mesmo inconveniente em seus quartos. Como para mim, o conforto para dormir é primordial, por este motivo, não voltaria a me hospedar neste hotel.
