The staff isn't tourist friendly. The moment I started speaking English, they immediately became upset. I asked the front desk for the directions of a nearby pharmacy because I had a headache, They immediately said use your phone in Portuguese.

Estadia razoavel! O hotel não entrega exatamente o que promete. Começa na recepção com um atendimento que deixa a desejar, sem informações do que o hotel oferece, horários, academia, etc, nada é falado, só entregam a chave e você tem que descobrir o resto. Não há apoio com a mala, e o hotel possui 3 pisos. Sendo o primeiro quartos mais antigos com odor forte, cheiro de cigarro (mas ninguém informa isso), nos demais pisos tem que subir escadas ingremes com a mala, sem apoio algum. Nesses, o espaço do quarto é melhor, móveis mais novos, no entanto, falta melhorar alguns pontos. Não há cabide para estender roupas, não há toalha de rosto. E carece de iluminação o quarto, principalmente para estudo e para a pia de lavar o rosto. O café também deixa a desejar com poucas opções saudáveis. Muito carboidratos de salgados, pães que parecem estarem a dias e poucas opções de frutas. Não há serviço de pedidos no café, como tapioca ou omelete. Outro detalhe é o isolamento acústico, da pra ouvir bastante barulho dos quartos ao lado e das próprias funcionárias pela manhã e às vezes a noite na recepção. No mais, as camas são boas, para passar a noite, mas para muitos dias, não recomendo. Para o valor precisa melhorar muita coisa, e isso é unânime entre todos que se hospedam. Sugiro um treinamento para os funcionários de relacionamento interpessoal e atendimento de hotelaria. Suporte para bagagem nos demais andares e melhorar a qualidade da comida no restaurante.
