Amazing ocean views and great breakfast. We watched the sunrise from the pool deck. The beach is walking distance from the hotel. There are plenty of food options nearby.

Housekeeping, skipped my Room 2 days in a row. Which was kind of a hassle? Put over all the hotels, okay? Okay, the gym, it's kinda terrible. And the room service wasn't that great. It is supposed to be 24 hours. So when I voted food at one a m I got no reply for a good hour, and I know they weren't busy Overall the stuff was very polite

Great pool and breakfast. The party at the ocean view does go late (3pm) but we slept through it. Location was fun. Paid parking at about $5 a day valet. Vent in bathroom smelled of sewer which was gross. Maybe the trap dried out again and again. Overall great though.

The Room had a fantastic sea view and was very clean. Outstanding breakfast with plenty of options (the Lady that does the Tapioca and the Omelets lives up to her legacy of being super nice and doing fantastic Tapioca) All staff was nice and helpful. Swimming pool on the roof top was very clean.

The hotel is located in a good area. There are lots of restaurants and bars walking distance. In addition, the hotel has a great rooftop with a beautiful view to the ocean and you can watch the sunset. Luiza from the reception desk has provided great recommendation. Breakfast is great, but I would recommend to be more attentive with the room since it was cleaned around 5 pm and the toilet paper wasn't enough for one night.

I enjoyed myself at Novotel in Salvador where I stayed for 1 week. Great location with plenty of restaurants and music and great buffet and very kind staff who went out of their way to accommodate me. There is a shuttle car that takes guests up the hill where the hotel is located. Great rooftop bar and pool with beautiful sunset views. They are busy painting some floors of the hotel but very accommodating if you are uncomfortable. I can’t wait to return!

In the first day we arrived we went to the swimming pool and there was no towels Available. Someone from the staff said they were bringing but we waited for almost 1 h and they didn’t bring! We had to go all soak to the room! We complained to the receptionist who didn’t do anything! We had ordered drinks that we had to leave behind.

Hotel Bom, contudo, pode melhorar !

Este hotel já teve diversos nomes e hoje se chama Novotel. Voltei a me hospedar nele, por já conhecê-lo. Contudo, fiquei mais de 20min esperando na recepção, pois a atendente Victoria não me atendeu e encaminhou para outro colega que estava ocupado fazendo alterações na estada de 2 outros hóspedes. O quarto que fiquei era bem espaçoso, porém antigo e necessitando de reformas. A academia precisa urgente de manutenção, o único aparelho de musculação tem uma série de debilidades. O Rooftop com piscina / bar / restaurante super vale a pena !

O hotel é bem localizado, situa-se em cima de um morro, mas tem transfer ida e volta ate meia noite. A área da piscina é um espetáculo a parte, muito linda a vista. Entretanto, o quarto em si necessita de uma pequena reforma, ao menos com troca do piso. Uma observação seria deixar uma cesta com os itens do banheiro em cima da bancada do banheiro e os copos na bandeja sobre o frigobar, ao invés de ficar tudo junto no banheiro.

Hotel com astral delicioso, quarto muito bem decorado, box espaçoso e ducha incrível. Café da manhã é bastante completo, a piscina no terraço é uma atração à parte, com vista perfeita. Apesar de estar numa ladeira, tem um serviço de carro que te leva até a praça do Rio Vermelho.
