The Hotel staff were very considerate and helpful during our short time there. The Morning Breakfast was oustanding and above and beyond the one we had at a Sao Paulo Marriott on this same trip. We would highly recommend this hotel to visitors to Salvador. Staff were very capable in English with our 9 person group of one Brasilian speaker and 8 English speakers.

Great Location and Comfortable Beds, but in Need of Renovation The hotel is clearly showing its age and is in serious need of a complete renovation. Although some efforts have been made to freshen it up with new furniture and decorations, these cosmetic improvements cannot hide its overall outdated condition. The hotel is reasonably clean, and the beds are large and very comfortable. The breakfast buffet is generous and offers a wide variety of options. The location, however, is fantastic! The city beach is directly across the street, and both the lighthouse and the Christ statue (not the one in Rio 😉) are within easy walking distance and well worth a visit. Dinner at the hotel restaurant is less impressive. The food is acceptable, but nothing particularly special. Overall: For a short stay of a few days, the hotel is perfectly fine, especially if you value a great location, comfortable beds, and a generous breakfast. However, the hotel would definitely benefit from a major renovation.

If you’re looking for luxury, this is not it. Centrally located but our first room was filthy and the room they moved us to was certainly out of date. The highlight of the hotel is the breakfast and the balcony in our room.

The location of the hotel couldn't be better, about 8-10min walk toward the Light Tower and museum - a major attraction of Barra - and 5-7 min walk to the Morro do Cristo monument for fantastic coastline views. One can easily rent a beach umbrella with chairs just across the street to enjoy the ocean, breathing air, and quiet beach. We also enjoyed many restaurants nearby that offer local foods, acai bowls, and tropical drinks. The breakfast was very impressive for its variety. The room was clean but I had several mosquito bites. Service crews are very friendly but many don't speak English. The hotel is good for its value.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had an amazing experience. The service was excellent from start to finish, with staff always friendly, attentive, and ready to help. The location was perfect, making it easy to get around and explore the area. A special mention goes to Jose from the restaurant, who truly stood out. His professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail made every dining experience even more enjoyable. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.

We had a good ocean view. The breakfast was good. Location is pretty good too. Nice gym. The room is very basic, there is no even a second night stand , no closet, just several shelves, no table. Terrible lighting.The bed wasnt comfortable. I wouldnt stay again.

This is the place to stay when in Salvador. The hotel has comdortable beds, excellent breakfast buffet and tasty menu for other meals. A small pool on the ground floor deck which looks out onto the street and beach (perfect for viewing Carnaval). Almost every amenity you could need is within walking distance, including a mall. A short, easy Uber ride to other attractions in Salvador. I look forward to staying here during non-Carnaval time

Nice experience

The location is perfect in Salvador Praia da Barra, the hotel needs a serious renovation. Please change urgently the bathroom toiletries, they are really bad and the smell in the hair is terrible. Staff is very nice, checking in was super fast and on time.
