All with this property goes terrible! Cleaning, staff, breakfast, pool, terrible beds, nos bed sheets, no food pillows, nobody cares for the passengers staying there… they sales the property as 3* but in the real world is a 1*… I didn't get relocation, and I expect at least a refund of part of my money by Expedia side. I paid for a 3-star hotel and received 1-star services. As a travel agent, it's a disgrace. I would never sell something like this to my clients.
