O pessoal do atendimento é 10. O café da manhã é bom. Os quartos são pequenos. Ficamos em em quarto quádruplo e uma cama de solteiro estava com o pé quebrado... a família é alérgica e o quarto, apesar de limpo, tinha mofo nas paredes o que tornou a noite se sono ruim. Local bem localizado e dava pra visitar o farol e o forte a pé. Não possui estacionamento, todavia não foi problema deixar o carro na rua pois estava bem seguro no período da visita. A segurança da polícia militar no bairro é boa

Boa, mas precisa de uma atenção na estrutura.

Pousada muito antiga e com pouca manutenção, quartos sujos e mesmo com a limpeza parecia que estava suja. A pia e o chuveiro molham todo o banheiro. Os funcionários são simpáticos, mesmo um dos proprietários não respondendo nem o bom dia ou boa noite, é o café da manhã e simples. A localização salva a experiência por ser duas quadras da praia e do shopping.

O hostel tem uma ótima localização e os espaços são bem organizados e agradáveis. No dia em que estive lá, consegui fazer boa parte do meu percurso caminhando. Pelas proximidades, há serviços básicos importantes. A equipe de atendimento é muito solícita e gentil.

Wonderful pousada, lovely, clean and quiet rooms. Fantastic staff, friendly and helpful all of them. Excellent location only a couple of minutes to the beach and numerous restaurants. The breakfast was always very good and varied and fresh, with plenty of lovely Brazilian specialties. I would not hesitate to recommend the Pousada and look forward to returning!

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück hat gut geschmeckt. Der Garten und Balkon ist sehr nett gewesen die Netze aber fleckig und schmutzig. Die Lage in der Nähe vom Farol da Barra fand ich auch super, mussten aber aufpassen weil am Abend sollte sehr gefährlich sein. Nicht gefallen hat es mir dass die Klobrille kaputt war, die Klopapierhalterung auch. Die Klimaanlage war ziemlich laut. Es klang wie ein Automotor aus und ich konnte die ganze Nacht deswegen nicht schlafen. Bei dem Frühstück, besonders der zweiten Tag war die Auswahl gering. Der Kühlschrank hat auch nicht richtig funktioniert. Alles war tiefgefroren nach zwei Stunden. Ziemlich negativ fand ich dass da keine Kreditkarten akzeptiert wird. Ich sollte bar bezahlen, zum Glück haben sie dort noch Pix (schnell Überweisung) akzeptiert sonst musste ich noch nach einer Bankfiliale suchen.

Nos sentimos em casa. Atendimento excelente do Alan, Diego e da moça da cozinha que não sei o nome. Todos sempre solícitos. Café da manhã com várias opções (leite, café, sucos...Bolos, tortas, frios, pães, torradas, geleias...) tudo muito bom (destaque para o bolo de tapioca que estava perfeito). Por ser próximo à Praia fiquei preocupada que fosse barulhento, porém escutamos apenas o canto dos passarinhos, um oásis para descansar, super silencioso e cheio de plantas. Muito limpo e as camas são bastante confortáveis.

Foi uma boa estadia, o local é muito bem localizado e acredito que para estadias de poucos dias é um bom custo-benefício. Precisa de uma atenção maior na limpeza em geral, toalhas e banheiro. O atendimento foi excelente e o café da manhã ok.

Foram 3 dias de estadia, limparam o quarto apenas uma vez, condição do banheiro ruim, e no domingo na hora de ir embora fui arrumar a minha mala e tinha sumido 50$ da minha bolsa, verifiquei no quarto, revirei a mala de novo e infelzimente nao estava la mesmo.. chamei a recepção, mas como ja sabiamos, nada foi feito. Pediram para olhar com carinho, mas eu ja tinha feito isso. Enfim, tirando a localização que ė ótima, a pousada em si não recomendo!

Muito satisfeito!

A pousada é confortável, muito bem localizada, a equipe é excepcional desde a recepção aos atendimentos conosco em todas as áreas. Café da manhã simples porém muito completo e feito com muito carinho. Se pudermos fazer uma única observação seria referente aos canais de televisão no quarto, que a tv não é smart e não tem tv a cabo, mas isso é irrelevante diante dos ótimos dias que tivemos.

Excelente!!!

Pousada muito boa considerando custo/ beneficio, atendimento do pessoal que trabalha na pousada excelente, muito atenciosos, quarto pequeno, mas confortável, com ar condicionado e boa cama. Só o chuveiro que ficou um pouco a desejar, não esquentava direito. Café da manhã é muito bom, mas senti falta do suco de laranja que não teve em nenhum dos dias que eu fiquei lá. Pousada limpa e perto de restaurantes, bem pertinho do farol da barra também e da praia. Vale a pena! Recomendo!

Quartos precisam de melhorias, como um lugar para pendurar roupas e toalhas molhadas, tomadas mais próximas às camas. Algumas reformas também, principalmente no banheiro onde o box não é fechado completamente e a água vaza para o banheiro todo. O serviço de limpeza dos quartos é diário, mas as toalhas frequentemente vinham com mau cheiro mesmo sendo trocadas todos os dias. Café da manhã simples, mas com variedade e tapiocas muito gostosas. Pessoal da recepção um pouco perdido e desinteressado, salvo pelo Alan que foi solícito e cordial no atendimento. A pousada fica numa região ótima, próxima ao Farol da Barra e praia, além de restaurantes e comércio.

Ótima localização e bom custo x benefício

Eu e meu marido chegamos na Pousada e fomos recebidos pelo Alan. Ele foi super atencioso. Explicou onde tinha mercado, de onde saía as embarcações para Morro de SP. Gostei muito da cama também. Se tem um ponto de poderia melhorar, não que seja ruim, é o chuveiro.

This is a lovely hotel with the best customer service. The breakfast was homemade and fresh. The staff made you feel at home with their warm pleasantries, attentiveness, and friendliness. The hotel is near the beach and restaurants. For the price of this hotel, I highly recommend staying here. You will not regret it!!
