Pontos positivos: Hotel próximo ao centro de convenções. Check in fácil. Almoço (à parte) gostoso. Funcionários prestativos. Chuveiro muito bom. Pontos negativos: Limpeza parcial do quarto (4 dias no hotel e não trocaram toalhas ou reabasteceram sabonete nenhuma vez). Cartão magnético deu problema todos os dias (tinha que descer de novo e recalibrar - outros clientes reclamaram tb). Café da manhã tem variedade mas das mesmas coisas (tipos de bolos "secos", diversos salgados da mesma calabresa, etc). Faltam tomadas de 3 pontas no quarto (apenas 1 no banheiro). Secador quebrado. Honestamente pessoal, não acho que compense. Pelo valor provável que tenham alternativas melhores. Os pontos negativos realmente incomodaram nos 4 dias. Talvez outros tenham tido melhores experiências.

O Hotel está com a estrutura física deteriorada, muito diferente de 2 anos atrás. Parece estar prestes a fechar a qualquer momento. Apesar disso, o quarto estava limpo, lençóis e toalhas bem cuidados, ar condicionado funcionando perfeitamente. Café da manhã honesto, sem grandes variedade.

Foi uma boa experiência, o hotel é bem localizado e tem um bom estacionamento coberto. O quarto que fiquei estava limpo e aparentava ter pintura recente, porém faltava ducha higiênica, havia marcas severas de ferrugem no chão abaixo da pia e a TV não funcionou bem. Vale ressaltar que foi uma hospedagem silenciosa e contamos com um bom sistema de ar condicionado central. Café da manhã farto, com várias opções, mas percebmos falhas da cozinha no ponto de cozimento de alguns itens. Creio que são detalhes que podem ser corrigidos facilmente, portanto recomendo e desejo retornar em breve.

Apesar da boa vontade dos funcionários da recepção, existia um overbooking no hotel e aguardamos 2 horas em plena madrugada e cansados da viagem, para arrumarem às pressas um quarto que estava em reforma. A promessa é que no outro dia já pela manha nos trocariam de quarto. Nem nos procuraram. Penso que imprevisto acontece, mas atenção ao cliente é básico. Já não bastava a falha na gestão de quarto na reserva, falharam em nem tentarem resolver a partir do segundo dia. Não tive boa experiencia.
