Há pontos a melhorar

O hotel tem dois pontos muito positivos, o primeiro são os funcionários maravilhosos; o segundo é a localização de frente pro metrô e do lado da Fonte Nova, entao se vc tem algum evento no estadio, o hotel é ideal. Mas os banheiros infelizmente sao sujos. As camas são no entanto confortáveis e o ar condicionado excelente. A camareira é um amor e me trouxe cobertores novinhos, confortáveis e cheirosos. As roupas de cama são de qualidade. Deveriam colocar um ar condicionado na recepção pois é abafadíssimo, os hospedes passam muito calor ali e é horrível para o funcionários que fica ali derretendo. Outro ponto a melhorar é o café da manhã. Tem muita variedade, mas é preciso cuidar mais da apresentação das comidas, ter mais cuidado com as frutas e capricho com os itens quentes, como ovos e fruta pão (uma delícia, mas a aparência nao estava boa, o que é uma pena).

Achamos a atendente um pouco rude... sem nenhuma cordialidade, sem contato visual, sem um boa tarde...achamos bem desagradável. O quarto é razoável porém o banheiro tinha vários pontos de sujeira, principalmente mofo, que demonstravam que à tempos não era bem limpo. Não tinham toalhas de rosto diponíveis. O acesso ao hotel é por uma escada lateral o que é um pouco difícil com malas, criança e idoso como no caso do meu grupo.

Acesso ao hotel tem um lance de escada. Recepção muito atenciosa, boas camas e travesseiros, café da manhã com muito carboidratos e pouca proteína, porém muito farto. Excelente chuveiro com água quente. Localizado boa, mas final de semana fica muito esquisito pelo fato das lojas estarem todas fechadas.

A experiência, no geral, foi boa. O pessoal do hotel é bastante educado e prestativo. A estrutura é simples, com quartos pequenos, compatível com o preço cobrado. A limpeza poderia melhorar. Está localizado próximo a uma estação de metrô, porém, é uma região de comércio, o que pode ser complicado para circular à noite, especialmente porque não tem restaurante no hotel. O café da manhã é bom, mas sem muita variedade.

Cheguei ao hotel no dia 30/12/20 por volta das 21:00 hs. Não gostei da recepção. O funcionário (não citarei nome) de inicial V, não é muito amistoso, prestativo e, tampouco, simpático em seus atendimentos. Quando fiz a reserva, fui informado via fone que poderia fazer o parcelamento do valor total, mas, ao fazer o check-in fomos informados que não poderíamos parcelar o valor. Fomos encaminhados ao quarto 312. Ao nos instalarmos, fomos tomar banho e eis que o chuveiro não funcionava. Tivemos de tomar banho, pois, mesmo solicitando o reparo, não fomos atendidos. No dia seguinte, solicitei novamente, e, fomos direcionados a outro quarto. No quarto 306, também tivemos problemas, pois, o ar condicionado não estava gelando e o quarto é bem abafado. O rapaz da recepção esteve no quarto, mas, não solucionou o problema. No dia seguinte, fiz nova reclamação, pois estava desconfortável permanecer no quarto devido a temperatura. Mas, novamente, o problema não foi solucionado. Deveriam no mínimo ter nos trocado de quarto, mas, não o fizeram,e permanecemos dois dias desconfortáveis devido a temperatura. A limpeza deixa um pouco a desejar no que tane aos detalhes, principalmente nos cantos de móveis. Ficamos hospedados por 4 dias e, um dos dias, não efetuaram a limpeza dos quartos. Pelo preço da diária, deixou a desejar, pois na mesma região a hospedagem mais barata e com maior qualidade. Teve também a funcionária da limpeza que sempre ficava nos olhando com olhar de indiferença....
