Historic building with a lot of character and well-maintained. Rooms were clean and adequately spacious. Staff were incredibly helpful and courteous. Breakfast provided a good variety of local options. Would definitely stay here again if ever in Salvador in the future!

Beautiful colonial hotel. Excellent breakbast and rooms (with patios and garden). The staff was was always nice, and helping us. The neighbourhood is safe, with a lot of options. Paciencia beach very near. Excellent!

Um local muito especial

Um atendimento maravilhoso pelo Gabriel e Cibele na recepção, os porteiros maravilhosos e as sras da cozinha umas queridas. Adoramos tudo. Não gostei muito da limpeza. Fomos muito bem tratadas. A localização não fica perto dos pontos turísticos, mas tudo em Salvador vc tem que pegar um Uber. O hotel fica bem proximo a Casa de Jorge Amado e perto da Casa de Yemanja. Há dois restaurantes que recomendo. Casa do Frances e Casa de Tereza.

Fiquei hospedada no Hotel Catharina Paraguaçu em Salvador e simplesmente adorei a experiência. O hotel é maravilhoso, muito bem cuidado e aconchegante — indico 100%! Quero fazer um elogio especial ao Lorival, da portaria, que nos recebeu com extrema simpatia. Mesmo quando dissemos que não precisava, fez questão de carregar nossas malas e, no check-out, ficou conosco na calçada até a chegada do Uber para nos ajudar a colocá-las no carro. Um querido! Atendimento impecável que fez toda a diferença na nossa estadia.

Agradável e confortável

O hotel é lindo, o atendimento foi bom. O quarto é bem amplo e confortável, estava tudo limpo e o café da manhã estava saboroso, só achei com muitas opções doces e poucas salgadas. A noite não foi tão agradável devido ao fato de ter tido muito barulho nas redondezas, já que o hotel é no Rio Vermelho. Minha sugestão é só que o hotel poderia preservar melhor o patrimônio, uma vez que é um local muito bonito. As madeiras e objetos pareciam precisar de de limpeza e polimento.

Razoável. A acomodação precisa de manutenção. O banheiro tinha formigas. O fato de ser uma casa também favorece a quantidade de inseto. Quando cheguei, tinha um marimbondo no meu quarto. Não há isolamento acústico e do quarto ouve-se todo o barulho da rua e do corredor. O café da manhã também é razoável, sem variedade. Os alimentos ficam de um dia para o outro. Apesar de tudo isso, o tamanho do quarto é bom e os funcionários muito simpáticos e prestativos, sobretudo o porteiro da garagem. Não sei dizer quanto a localização, pois não fiz muitas atividades por perto.
