Right in the heart of Barra, the location of the hotel is great. The breakfast buffette was super complete. Bed and bathroom were fine as well

It is a very convenient location to go to the beach, a beautiful beach. The surroundings are night are a little tough, you have to take a taxi to be safe instead of walking around.

It was a very basic hotel and the rooms where not very welcoming. Although housekeeping came daily if wanted, the new sheets were stained. Not to say they hadn't been cleaned, but had irremovable stains I guess. Rooms were dated with noticeable damage to tiles etc. All the staff were friendly and accommodating. They assisted with ordering food to the hotel when my in laws didn't fancy going out at night.

De maneira geral o hotel é bom, as camas são confortáveis, o quarto grande e a localização muito boa. O problema estava no banheiro, o box muito pequeno e o chuveiro inclinado, faziam com que você encostasse na parede do box durante o banho, além disso, havia muito limo nos rejuntes dos azulejos do box. Além disso, no café da manhã, o empregados ficavam batendo os pratos na hora de lavar a louça, isso fazia um barulho bastante irritante.

Tivemos uma boa estadia!

Chegamos ao hotel nas primeiras horas da manhã e fomos muito bem recebidos pelo recepcionista da noite. Conseguimos ser acomodados antes do horário previsto de check in. O hotel é extremamente bem localizado, em frente à praia. Trago como pontos positivos o ATENDIMENTO maravilhoso de todos os funcionários da recepção, atenciosos e educados. A organização e educação da camareira Eunice, que transmitia carinho na forma que deixava tudo impecável. O café da manhã variado e gostoso. Sem dúvida, o ponto alto do local está na equipe que nos atende. Como ponto negativos: O hotel precisa de maiores Manutenções, em especial com os elevadores. Ficamos hospedados 4 dias e em todos eles o elevador quebrou. Ficamos hospedados no andar novo, onde tem apartamentos sendo reformados e durante o dia fica com muito barulho de obra. Como estivemos mais na rua durante o dia, isso não chegou a ser um grande problema. No geral, nós voltaríamos!

Segunda vez que hospedei no hit hotel. Dessa vez o banheiro não estava muito bom não. Vazando água pelo box e pouca iluminação. Solicitei mais tapete para o banheiro e fui atendido prontamente. Solicitei a troca do colchão e fui atendido prontamente. O café da manhã é bom. A localização é ótima, bem de frete a praia do porto da barra. Basicamente é um hotel que ganha a gente pela localização. É um hotel muito bom que precisa de reforma.
