The pool was fantastic, especially in the evening because we basically had it to ourselves. August in Bahia does not send many people to the pool but the weather was warm enough for us.

O hotel está precisando de reforma nos quartos. Ficamos duas noites em um apartamento luxo que apresenta condições não adequadas ao preço cobrado (R$ 1.305,00 por 2 noites): móveis velhos, roupa de cama de péssima qualidade (não há sequer um edredom, apenas uma colcha desgastada), travesseiros e toalhas inferiores, não disponibilizam também toucas de banho e nenhuma outra afinidade. Além disso, a limpeza deixa a desejar… principalmente no banheiro. A recepção está OK, assim como os elevadores. Mas as habitações estão, de fato, péssimas.

Precisa melhorar o café da manhã

Apto com ar condicionado com defeito. Após reclamação me mudaram para um quarto muito bom. Café da manhã muito a desejar. Achei com poucas opções de bolos e a parte de queijos e comida quente.

No geral recomendo o hotel.

Bom hotel. Gostei da localização, boa área de lazer, piscina grande (não é aquecida), saunas (seca e úmida), academia, elevadores rápidos e duas camas de casal. Café da manhã era OK! Uma sugestão é colocar alguém pra ajudar a senhora que faz as tapiocas, ela sozinha pra atender muitas pessoas é sofrível. O estacionamento também é pago, não me atentei a isso quando reservei e está em reforma, é preciso sair do estacionamento e entrar pelo saguão para ter acesso ao elevador. No geral recomendo o hotel.
