Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Fera. Room was luxurious, rooftop pool & bar is excellent and staff were friendly and helpful. One suggestion would be to provide option for a buffet style breakfast.

Outstanding restaurant. One of the best I’ve ever been to. Concierge was very helpful. Walking distance from the historic center of Salvador. Highly recommend this hotel, unless you’re looking to be by the beach

Hotel ótimo, mas necessita de atenção.

Hotel ótimo, no geral. Todos da recepção, os concierges e os funcionários foram muito receptivos. As moças da limpeza do 7º andar prestam um serviço impecável, além de muito simpáticas. Os concierges Luiz e Anderson nos ajudaram muito em tudo na viagem. A localização é execlente, muito próximo centro histórico e com muito policiamento no entorno. Seria 10/10 se não fosse alguns pontos negativos. O rooftop não recebe a atenção necessária, nem em atendimento do bar, que demora bastante, e nem na limpeza da piscina, que estava um pouco suja. O café da manhã só foi muito bem servido e prestado no final de semana. Nos demais dias, falta padrão e consistência do serviço e dos itens disponíveis. É um ponto a melhorar com certeza.

Estrutura belíssima, restauração cuidadosa. Apartamento confortável. Check-in on-line difícil e em parte inútil, porque pedem documento e assinatura novamente. Embora o horário fosse às 15h, liberaram o apto para minha esposa, às 13h. Nossos problemas foram no café da manhã e bar. Ansiedade para que eu assinasse a nota correspondente porque não estava incluso. Um, em seguida ao outro, veio solicitá-la. Ninguém iria fugir. Preferimos ir a outro lugar no dia seguinte. Itens muito bons e gostosos, como o pão, por exemplo. Mas, não há folhados, que são sinônimos de uma padaria de qualidade. No bar, pedi um café expresso e deixei-o pela metade. Muito ruim. Cordialidade fica por conta dos colaboradores e seguranças de porta. Como a rua estava interditada por conta dos festejos de São João, o segurança me acompanhou até a Praça Castro Alves e esperou que eu tomasse um táxi.
