They need to change the mattress. They need to give some attention during the breakfast. There’s so many people and we wait a lot for being served and sometimes we need to ask milk and coffee because they are gonna. On the beach they need to give more attention to serve the guests. It looks that we are begging for them to put a chair and umbrella for us. It’s totally different of the pictures when shows all prepared on the sand to the guests.

It’s a great hotel. The rooms need some upgrade but the bed is comfortable enough. The manager Mari is a sweet person and help a lot. It’s easy to use the swimming pool and beach one close to other. It’s safe more than other hotels. There is singer during the evening hours singing “bossa nova “ he is great. It’s good to be there to watch and dance. Walk around the hotel is a pleasure way to feel the beach breeze and lights around the property gives you a good and romantic feeling. The breakfast is delicious but it’s missing something coffee or any other things during the breakfast hours and the ladies that clean the tables needs to be happier. But in other ways the hotel is great. I already came several times and I’m going to keep coming. It’s a time to renew your soul.

Probably the most beautiful beach I've been to in years! Not too safe for swimming because of the heavy surf, but the beach is gorgeous and literally a short walk from my room. Great, friendly staff and extra nice touch was the ability to convert my US cash to local currency. Definitely family friendly so if you don't mind a lot of kids, try booking in the off season or other than weekends. All the pictures on resort website were true to form. Spot on. I'm definitely coming back!

Hotel embora com estrutura bem ampla , muito verde tem muitos pontos mal conservadas. Toalhas péssimas. Banheiro sem box. Tomadas dos quartos quase todas folgadas o que dificultou carregar o celular. Café da manhã com muita ariedade porém uma demora fora da razoabilidade na chapa para pedir omelete, ovos fritos e tapiocas Pedi um prato executivo na primeira noite nada barato ,que demorou 1h pra ficar pronto e o arroz ainda veio errado e gelado. Enfim, estadia satisfatória porém bem longe de padrão de um resort.

Infelizmente eu não recomendo

Infelizmente não foi como das outras vezes, acredito que pelo fato de termos tido outra experiência, em outro Resort, "Gran Hotel Stella Maris" isso pesou muito em minha avaliação. Resumindo, nos colocaram no último do último dos quartos disponíveis, imagina você com uma criança, tendo que andar até chegar ao último quarto do hotel, desgastante, o quarto tinha um ar condicionado que não era controlável, ou seja, ou você passa frio ou calor, cama com um buraco enorme, impossível de dormir, enfim. Talvez tenha sido a outra experiência, no outro hotel, que por sinal foi totalmente diferente. Chegamos lá e, a primeira coisa que nos ofereceram foi uma cortesia, nos colocaram em um quarto mais premium com vista pro mar e entre outras coisas.

Excelente para quem está com crianças. O hotel é muito grande e tem duas piscinas, além de um parquinho bem grande também. Além disso há um viveiro com coelhos, preás e pavões que as crianças adoram. Uma dica: fique no Catussaba Suítes, é bem mais novo e com quartos mais amplos. O pessoal do hotel foram nota 10, atendimento excelente.

Fora a dificuldade no check-in, tudo certo

O atendimento de check-in foi muito longo, cheio de erros, e comentários sarcásticos, até que entrei em contato com o suporte da Hoteis.com e os senhores João e Vinícius nos atenderam. Foi mais de uma hora e meia para conseguirmos entrar no quarto da categoria que reservamos. Após isso, foi tudo muito tranquilo. As instalações do lado que ficamos são novas e limpas (mas há uma ala de quartos mal conservados em que tentaram nos colocar), o café da manhã é variado e saboroso, o atendimento na piscina é gentil (no geral) e o acesso a praia é fácil, com disponibilização de toalhas, espreguiçadeiras e guarda-sóis para os hospedes.

O lugar é muito bom, bem localizado. Mas o atendimento na piscina precisa melhorar e muito, eu ficava muito tempo aparecer um funcionário para pedir uma bebida, mesmo levantando a mão fazendo gestos e nada. As fotos são bem melhores do que a realidade. É um hotel mediano, mas chamar de Resort, na minha opinião é demais..rs A parte da piscina até que é legal. No café da manhã as opcões eram ótimas, porém a limpeza péssima. Tudo muito sujo, mesas meladas, mal limpas, enfim. Não me senti a vontade em comer ali. Os quartos antigos precisam de uma repaginada, mas nada que atrapalhe a estadia. Já o atendimento não tenho do que reclamar. Todos muito simpáticos.

Zero de preocupação com o meio ambiente , sendo que o Hotel "vende" a ideia de estar perto da natureza. Café da manhã com copos, colheres e espátulas de plástico. Não há a separação do plástico com o lixo comum, perguntei às atendentes , tudo é misturado com o orgânico. Em relação a alimentação, o buffet é caro e ruim -mas, há bons restaurantes na região.

Gosto muito do hotel, frente mar, ótima área, porém a parte do restaurante está muito ruim, comida ruim, preços não condizem, no freezer do picolé tinha uma lagartixa morta, avisei para uma funcionária, no outro dia o cadáver continuava lá.

Não vale o que cobra de diária

A localização à beira-mar, é excelente. Infelizmente, só isso é bom de fato. Quarto é antigo, mas, o meu não tinha cheiro ruim de mofo. Café da manhã, muito ruim, tanto qualidade dos produtos, quanto a reposição dos itens. Acaba quase tudo e não há reposição 1 hora antes do término. Fila enorme para tapioca e ovos. Poucos funcionários, bar da piscina demora demais o atendimento. Piscina não é bem limpa. Comida do restaurante é bem ruim. Acústica dos quartos é pessima. No que fiquei tinha uma porta de quarto conjugado, impossível dormir com as pessoas conversando. Os funcionários são atenciosos. Vinicius da recepção foi excelente no CHECKIN e nos deu um upgrade do quarto p vista mar. Nao vale o preço da diária.

O Hotel está diante de uma praia linda, a parte externa bonita e gostosa, mas é um Hotel antigo, básico, ar condicionado liga apertando uma tomada, que estava com mal contato, barulhento demais, enfim, talvez pelas fotos no site, esperávamos mais. Gostei da rede na varandinha. Próximo ao aeroporto, mas longe dos pontos turísticos, porém isso foi nossa opção, pois a praia é muito boa e tranquila .
