O hotel é bom os colaboradores muitos prestativo, porém precisa muito atualizar com o desenvolvimento do sistema, colocar pontos de carregamento para carros elétricos ou instalar tomadas para que os hóspedes possam fazer o carregamento muitos deles inclusive eu tenho o carregador portátil no veículo.

Muito bom.

Amei a estadia, tive um otimo atendimento, os quartos sao amplos e confortáveis. O hotel tem uma otima estrutura e o cafe é top. Aquele cuzcuz é um dos melhores que ja comi.

Tentamos almoçar no dia que chegamos, demorou, comida horrível, sem sabor, camarão veio queimado e cara! Piscina não é limpa todo dia, não deixam filtrando, água foi ficando turva c a rotatividade, botaram a margarida dentro e nem cloro tinha. O único ventilador da academia quebrado.

Passei só a noite no réveillon e foi uma experiência incrível, o hotel propôs uma queima de fogos sensacional, ofereceu aos hóspedes uma garrafa de espumante, teve uma mesa com doces e salgados pra tornar a noite mais especial ainda. Uma boa opção em Camaçari. Os apartamentos são espaçosos, mas precisam de uma melhor conservação. Oferece um bom café da manhã. Os preços praticados pelo restaurante são honestos e os pratos saborosos.

Muito barulho nos corredores

A acústica do hotel é bem ruim. Como as portas não fecham bem, quando os trabalhadores das 6h saem para o trabalho acordam todo o andar. Se for para descansar é impossível. Café da manhã e os funcionários são excelentes.

Foi legal. Gostei do café da manhã. Só poderia melhorar na qualidade da roupa de cama. Estavam machadas a camareira trocou 2x. Disse que os lençóis estavam saindo da lavanderia já naquele estado. Senti falta na limpeza da piscina, estava visivelmente suja e cheia de limo. Senti falta de um secador no banheiro.

Cama dura do apto superior, quarto mal iluminado (se for trabalhar traga um abajur), cafe ok e facil estacionamento. Academia ruim e pouco equipada. Atendimento prestado pelo pessoal da tarde/noite é ridículo (suas solicitações sao simplesmente ignoradas).

As pessoas sempre com cara fechada, os lençóis era bem gasto, as toalhas deixava sempre suja eu que pediam para trocar era chato toda vez tinha que ir na recepção para pedir para trocar um ponto positivo as pessoas da recepção era agradável mas os funcionários do café da manhã era tudo com cara fechada meu Deus .
