“Motel is aging and needs a bit of TLC to bring back to former glory, however, check-in was fast, room was big and we were offered an upgrade to spa room at no extra cost - thank you very much.”

“The facilities arr quite good. The pool looked clean (didn't use it) the bedding was crisp and clean and the room had good provisions (decent size tv, kettle, fridge, microwave). The room is due for a reno. There was paint peeling from the roof, bathroom sink had a few rust stains and the room door had some dodgey repairs in it. Having said that, you have to take into account the price you pay and the star rating of the hotel. I would have no problem staying here again”

“Perfect stay for a night! The guy at the front desk was so sweet and helpful, he showed us to our room even though it was very late at night and he even gave us some milk for our tea. The room was clean and the whole place felt safe.”

“Amazing bed and pillows for an excellent night’s sleep. Managers were super helpful on check-in and departure. We did have an issue with sustained hot water for morning showers but otherwise everything was good. Having a microwave in the room was a great touch as well.”

“Great location, right in the hub of Wingham town centre, very close to the Museum and the Manning Valley Historical Society, central park, the Australian Hotel, shops, grocery stores, restaurants, cafes, takeaway food, banks, churches, attractions, and Wingham Brush. “The room was a great size and comfortable. The property is very dated and tired, but it is functionally fine, especially for a short stay. We had a small issue with out room and the staff were EXCELLENT at fixing it immediately for us, despite it being after hours. Cannot fault their handling of the situation. As brand new owners they were very apologetic, however it was out of everyone's control. what was in their control is how they handled it, which was perfect. A credit to the property!”
