Nice hotel

Nice room, efficient staff, a little noisy as I could hear the traffic in the morning. Couldn’t charge my laptop as there was no 3-prong plug outlet on the wall. Good breakfast.

O atendimento prestado pela equipe de funcionários é excelente, ficamos em um apto no 3° andar a limpeza estava muito boa, porém o piso do quarto necessita de manutenção. O café da manhã é excelente assim como o atendimento da equipe do restaurante. Check in e checkout ágil. Além da possíbilidade de diversão no cassino, no em que estivemos lá, tinha música ao vivo no bar do cassino. Assim que possível voltaremos!

O hotel está sem manutenção em todos os sentidos, o chuveiro não esquentava, reclamei e um funcionário quis entrar em meu quarto quase 23 horas da noite e não resolveu nada, não fizeram limpeza no quarto, confusão na hora do check in não incluiram cartão de crédito e tudo que consumíamos tinha que ser pago na hora, no bar da piscina estavam exigindo somente pagamento em dinheiro o que foi muito estranho. Os cartões magnéticos da porta toda vez tinham que ser magnetizados novamente na recepção e mesmo assim as vezes não funcionava. Não vale o valor cobrado da diária, precisam melhorar muito!
