The staff was attentive and very courteous. We loved the hot spring and the Temazcal. The kids loved the pool and the experience at the observatory. The buffet for dinner and breakfast was good too.

Magical

The thermal bath is magical, it wasn't busy and felt like a private experience. The staff was friendly and the hotel was clean, and the beds are very comfortable, however it is old and dated and could use some updates and the food was just ok. I still highly recommend it because of how special the thermal bath is.

The thermal waters and the construction around the pools are great. The rest is pretty bad. No hot water in the rooms, no WiFi, a water leak from the ceiling, the lighting is terrible, dark because the only window is tiny, the view from the only window is to the parking lot. Having those majestic mountains around is a real pity you see parked cars. Had to beg for a hand towel and a bathroom mat. The selection of food is poor and no healthy options. This hotel needs a new vision to keep up with comfort and technology.

El personal es muy atento, y las instalaciones están muy limpias, pero le faltan algunos servicio, como el servicio al cuarto, y las instalaciones en general son viejas, en las habitaciones no hay buena presión de agua y detalles así.

Es un buen lugar pero no es un hotel de cinco estrellas como lo marca en su página, es un lugar antiguo y eso está bien pero una renovación en sus baños no estaría mal, están muy descuidados, el agua “potable” huele mal. La comida es regular pero muy cara solo sirven buffet’s y eso significa a la hora de la comida 4 distintas comidas y ensaladas y no vale el costo. Las termas que es el principal atractivo no tiene alguien supervisando por si alguien se siente mal por baja presión por el agua tan caliente o pidiendo a la gente que guarde silencio parecía mercado. La alberca techada el agua es muy fría y tiene el mismo olor que el agua de la regadera, además de que está sucia y llena de animalitos. El spa aunque tiene precios elevados son excelentes masajes. En general el personal es amable. El hotel cuesta una noche de lujo en un hotel de la playa y no está ni cercano a ser de lujo. Deberían de ponerle más atención y mantenimiento al establecimiento, modernizar, tenía 10 años que no iba, decidimos darle una oportunidad pero no volveremos.

Me encanta ir a las termas de San Joaquin porque te puedes desconectar de la ciudad y te renuevas de energia de la naturaleza. Es un lugar muy familiar donde tienen varias actividades por hacer como las termas, albercas, gimnasio, tennis de mesa, spa y lunario.
