The staff at the front desk were very friendly, our room was very clean, they have a beautiful green area and swimming pool, very quiet and secure parking lot. And a good breakfast!

The only complaint I have is. why the hotel charge me $130 pesos to park my car in the parking lot. under the hotel and the mall. The hotel most most to have a deal with the mall to us park our cars there. We are mall customer too

The water didn’t drain from the shower and the bathroom sink, awful smell in the room on the first night so requested another room, then the toilet was clogged, had to go buy Starbucks next door and used the bathroom there. We had to wait in line to have breakfast and the breakfast was not like the picture.

Me gustó mucho la limpieza y el tamaño de los cuartos. Además cuentan con espacio suficiente para dormir y estar cómodos. Las camas estaban muy cómodas. La ubicación es un gran punto fuerte debido a que se encuentra en zona céntrica de Saltillo.
