It was a great place to stay for cheap. Specially because we booked online. However, the bathroom was in need in some serious attention. It was clean enough for us to feel ok and taking into account the price, but it could be improved with even a simple chance of shower curtain so that the water doesn't go everywhere. Also, there was no mattress cover or fitted sheet. When sleeping on the bed, the sheet would come off and the mattress would be exposed. The location was excellent and the staff extremely friendly. We got a slight upgrade to a balcony suite and the view was the highlight of the stay!

En lo personal me agradó la estancia, tranquila una habitación cálida. Se batalla un poquito con el agua caliente pero eso es nada. Solo tengan en mente que es un lugar rústico, no esperen lujos. Excelente atención del personal, especialmente la Srita. Elena. Gracias por la estancia.

Hablé para avisar que llegaría tarde solo iba a estar unas horas para bañarme e irme ya todo pagado y aún así cancelaron mi reservación, no se si por eso nos dieron una habitación muy descuidada, el baño horrible y el check out es media hora antes, así les enséñes la aplicación dicen que son sus reglas

Pequeño inconveniente

El lugar está bonito y obvio como una construccion antigua , se encuentra con areas un poco deterioradas , el unico problema es que es dificil que salga agua caliente por la regadera(en mi cuarto ) pero me.comentaron que lo iban a revisar ..me gustó y si volveria

no encontré el hotel en el domicilio y el teléfono es de otro hotel mismo que nos informo que no existe referido hotel por eso no me pude hospedar pero si se realizo el cobro y no se como pedir el rembolso ya que el hotel es un fraude por este medio solicito el rembolso del dinero que se me cobro pueden verificar me quede en el hotel imperial de Saltillo, coah. a unos 20 minutos de Ramos Arispe, se reservo a nombre de mi esposa Silvia Azua Cordoba gracias por su atencion
