If anything, our only complaint was there was no fridge in the room and the ice machine was broken. The doorman offered to find us ice but the restaurant took care of us...great place to eat, btw. Beds were very hard for our liking but we survived.

The internet did not connect the entire time we were at the hotel. The water in the bathroom sink had very little pressure, Check in agent initially assigned us to a room already occupied. Breakfast was very good.

Staff was great!!! Very friendly and helpful. Bathroom shower area was not clean and they immediately sent staff to clean it thoroughly. Air conditioner made a metal/paper rattling sound which was annoying as we were trying to sleep so we turned it off…air conditioning person wasn’t not on site. Could use a new coffee machine and more breakfast variety. It was nice but could be updated/remodeled
