Lovely rural location. Spacious nicely furnished room with views over farm. Hosts, Sarah and Richard, very pleasant and welcoming. Home cooked meals using local ingredients.

A very nice B&B. Very friendly owners and fab breakfasts. Saucy a lovely property with wonderful views. Would recommend to anyone wanting a quiet getaway, but easy to get to surrounding atteactions

Lovely B&B in beautiful quiet location.

Lovely quiet B&B in gorgeous countryside, Sarah and Richard were wonderful hosts. The breakfasts were amazing. There was so much to see in the area and the advice we were given by Sarah and Richard was invaluable. If we are in the area again we will definitely see if we can stay there.

This is a beautiful place to stay! So unbelievably quiet and beautiful he scenery is gorgeous. The house is beautiful , and you are made to feel so welcome as you arrive. This is a 5 star place to stay! And the breakfast ? Well no wonder it has won awards it was amazing . To wake up to beautiful scenery out of your bedroom window, cattle grazing in the fields , horses all around - rolling hills and the sound of birds is wonderful. I can’t wait to stay again.

Great place to stay and friendly owners, cleanliness was perfect, great views and a lovely room. The only thing was being a vegetarian the menu was completely meat based apart from an omelette for £30, which was Ok as we ate elsewhere, but they did do a lovely veggie breakfast with veggie sausages when we asked. I totally recommend a stay here.

Quiet bed and breakfast in Cornwall with clean room and breakfast to order. You will need a vehicle to come and go as its a bit out of the way- convenient to a local pub and about 30 minutes from Plymouth and Looe.

Great find

Arrived in the middle of a storm, but the welcome was fantastic. The breakfast is to die for, amazing. Even better, it was all done through an electric power cut! One can only imagine what it is like on full power. Highly recommended

Super stay

Great overnight stay in an area with many attractions nearby. We were visiting friends who live only 10 minutes away, but the property is ideal for touring the area or close enough to Plymouth to visit friends or relatives. Very rural location, but the directions given were very accurate. Really comfortable room and great breakfast.

Sarah and Richard were kind enough to accommodate my mums request to have specific types of organic fruit for breakfast due to her fight with cancer and went out of their way to make it happen. The location is stunning, rooms clean, food hearty and the price was extremely reasonable for the location and amenities. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will likely be back.
