The Spa was superb - one of the best we’ve ever used. The distance between the car park and property was ok but for some people it may be a struggle depending on how much luggage they have + whether their apartment is on an upper floor ( no lifts ).

Facilities really are first rate, staff are very friendly and attentive. Lots of sporting activities available, on-site food is pretty decent, although we tried to make use of the self-catering facilities. Rooms are lovely, although soundproofing could be improved but generally other guests are thoughtful. My only area of improvement would be the cooking facilities within the apartments. They are very basic and missing some simple amenities such as a chopping board. But overall really can't fault it. This was our second visit. I'm sure they'll be a third.

Have stayed before but this time we had a two bedroom apartment. As with our previous stays, the apartment was comfortable, warm, well equipped. Yes a bit worn in places. Cooking facilities could be a little better eg. Condition of frying pan, no cooking oil but otherwise everything you could need. Facilities on site are excellent. Adventure golf was very good. Pool and spa are nice and staff are very friendly and helpful. Only thing that would be a big plus would be the addition of pool tables for kids - I believe the only one they have is in the adult only bar. However overall as with previous stays we had a fab time with two teenagers and will go back again.

Everything was perfect, spa facilities were lovely and relaxing and spotlessly clean. As was our apartment, the fresh milk in the fridge was a nice touch. Food was excelent both in the evening and breakfast. We think it must be a wonderful place to work as all the staff from reception to cleaners were all very happy, chatty and helpful. A lovely stay for families with young children due to the onsite softplay and outdoor playground and pools with shallow paddling area. The spa looked really good although can be busy in the evenings. The onsite brasserie served delicious food.
