Room and property are superb. Steps to Temple Square and many dining and shopping options. Full kitchen and suite was more than I expected. Clean and well-appointed fitness center and laundry facilities make the Kimball my new go-to hotel when in Salt Lake City. Highly recommend!

Was notified by front desk folks that there was a problem with the A/C prior to my arrival. They graciously provided a solution, as well as facilitated after-hours access to the property and key. Lovely establishment, spacious and comfortable in an old fashioned way, a bit like staying at grandma's house with plush carpets and heavy furniture. Very convenient, helpful friendly staff and great value for downtown. I would definitely stay there again.
