The desk clerk was very kind, she got us in our room a little early so we could prepare for our evening plans. Then we checked out early for travel before the breakfast was ready and she prepared a sack breakfast for our trip and even carried it out to our car for us as our hands were full of luggage. There was nothing wrong with this stay, but I just want to give feedback on what I feel as a customer tied to no loyalty program that is looking for value and quality as well as a good price point. Marriot has been one of my preferred brands in the past that I associate with quality. I'm not sure that the value is there anymore. The breakfast offerings are only ok, parking comes with a fee (in this location I think that's crazy), and the pool isnt open 24/7. Those are three things that stood out to me after staying at four different hotel brands this week. The other three hotels I stayed at had much better options and quality at much lower price points.
