Front desk agent is a no frills kind of person. Maybe said 5 words to us but we didn't press her with questions. Didn't get a remote but probably a good thing since we needed to get some sleep. Was clean.... weird set up in the room. Would stay here again between driving days.

booked 2 double Queen beds room，but the staff insists that the rooms have only one bed each. We ended up with only one bed for one of our rooms. The worst checkin experience i have ever had.

Room was very dirty! There was hair in the shower, on the floor, on the pillows. Dried spills on the floor. Didn’t even sleep under the bedding because of how dirty it was. There was a sign in the lobby that says no pets allowed. The TV was very staticky and there was no back on the remote so you had to hold the batteries in to use it. If it wouldn’t have been 1am when I arrived after a long travel day, I would have left and gone to a different place.
