Super clean, staff was very friendly! I enjoyed the full sized shampoo/conditioner/body wash. Worth the price for the location alone—right across Salt Palace Convention Center and next to the City Creek mall. I was able to walk to a lot of places downtown rather than take an Uber. Beds were also very comfortable and even though I had a city view room, I could still see the beautiful mountains.

Rooms were clean, staff were pleasant, parking was convenient. Bathtub had a half wall for the shower and no curtain on the other half, so there was a lot of splash. Ice makers on multiple floors did not work, front desk staff did not know but said they would check into it. Service at the restaurant was inattentive and coffee there was awful, but there is a Starbucks onsite. Seems updated and close to City Creek Mall which is great for the food options. Overall a decent stay.
