No carpet in the room is always a plus for me! We stayed in a king room and were pleasantly surprised by the flooring instead of carpet. The room seemed to have some renovations and it was clean. I would have loved to see a walk in shower instead of a combo shower/bath but the stay was still enjoyable and we would stay there again.
