The apartment is very modern clean and the building appears updated and safe. The views, patio and hot tub are fantastic and the beds are very comfortable! Pre-check in was difficult; however, upon arrival the concierge was very helpful. I didn't notice a microwave and the toaster didn't work but I brought it to the attention of the concierge on check out and believe it would be taken care of.

Staff are gracious and communication is awesome! I loved the layout and design finishes (feels very posh)! The amenities are very much appreciated, including the huge refrigerator, washer and dryer (bigger than what I have at home)! I felt very relaxed and looked forward to returning to the room. Our friends were equally impressed and will look into Placemakr properties in the future.

We stayed in a two bedroom with jacuzzi.....I had an amazing stay and I would definitely book here again on my next trip to Utah. The location was perfect, right in the center of downtown and walking distance to everything, which made it really easy to get around. The private jacuzzi in our unit was one of my favorite parts. It really made the stay feel relaxing and a little more special. I also loved how easy it was to reach customer service and housekeeping whenever I needed anything. That made a big difference. Another highlight was the third floor community area. They had a pool table, games, a fire pit, and a barbecue area, which was really nice for just hanging out and unwinding. Overall I had no issues at all. Everything was clean, convenient, and exactly what we needed. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

This place may be good for a lot of people so take my review with a grain of salt. It’s a concrete building with very modern decor, for me ( old school) It felt like a prison :) No charm and warmth. The hallway at night can be a bit creepy with screeching noises all around. I travelled alone on business so for me it felt cold. But I can see how some people might enjoy it. The apartment was clean and had all the comforts you probably need. The gym was the best for me, large space with full equipment and plenty of different activities to be done.

I love the privacy and quietness in the middle of the city. I love the key pad code over a hotel key, the housekeeping was very helpful and prompt, I loved the home away from home feel and the promptness of resident staff in giving a tour of the long term lease options and I will definitely stay here again.

Check- in was a bit troublesome- did not have information before arriving at the building so had to call the number listed at the keypad. No microwave available in unit which was surprising in a full kitchen. I don't believe listing on Expedia was up front with cost for parking and that a deposit would be required- may need to make that more prevalent in listing.

I like that I got a room with a balcony and a view of north south and west, The floor plan is open enough that it is very spacious while still being a cozy one bed room apartment, is extremely quiet easy to sleep during the day if you want to. Love the fact that I have a washer and dryer here that I could do my laundry especially after traveling for a month I absolutely love this placeand having an entire car load full of laundry. I absolutely love this place.

The staff and management at Placemakr were very professional and helpful. The rooms are clean and nice. It's very conveniently located in Salt Lake City and walking distance to shops and restaurants. I would definitely stay at Placemakr again!
