The room was spacious and I liked how it was decorated. The bed was so uncomfortable with zero cushion. It was very hard, like sleeping on a mat on the floor.

Very nice!! Clean quiet, comfortable safe!! In fact, I rebooked on my return through Salt Lake, staff was amazing very helpful!! One particular member Trelynn was absolutely fantastic!! Highly recommend!

Patches half fixed on walls, just rough spackle, dirty splatters on walls, broken light fixture in bathroom, broken and missing towel rack in bathroom. The shower doors are installed backward so you have to get wet when you turn it on and the towel rack is INSIDE the shower. one of 2 elevators is out of service.
