The staff was very helpful. The location was awesome, with a lot to do within walking distance in SLC. Parking is an extra expense, but it's safe and worth it in the city. The hotel and room were clean and comfortable. The pool was clean. My partner and I felt safe as two young women.

Enjoyed the stay. Hot tub is large which is nice. The room was clean. The hallway was musty smelling but the room smelled good. The breakfast was great and the staff was amazing to help us get in our room as early as possible. The biggest complaint is the Elevators. It was very difficult to get down the Elevator at check out time.

We had a great experience here! The hotel is in a great location, within walking distance of the TRAX rail station. We were also able to choose which floor we wanted our room on. The included breakfast was a great amenity, and the pool and hot tub were clean, well maintained, and always had plenty of towels available. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again!

The stay here was great. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Kept leaving my keys in the room. They were helpful with providing another key without hassle. This hotel was one of our hotels for my Sorority's Conference was across the street from the hotel. Great Location next Hyatt Place if you are there for conference e and I say the other hotel because its connected.

WE stayed at this hotel for 3 nights and really enjoyed it. The room was very spacious, breakfast was good and the location was excellent for walking into Temple Square and City Creek. Would definitely stay there again.
