This property has seen better days. Not only was the place old, it was also run down. There was mold under the wall paper in the fitness center (probably because it shared a wall with the pool, with little to no ventilation), the hot tube was luke warm at best, rust and mold were everywhere in the pool room, one of the ice machines was broken, and there was a big piece of metal in the parking lot where two spaces were coned off so they couldn’t be used. It just gave off the “dilapidated, delayed-maintenance, we-don’t-care vibe.” Despite all of this, the staff was very friendly, but we definitely did not get what we paid for and will not be staying here again.

This was the worst Hampton Inn we have ever taken a part of staying at. The spa and pool were closed the entire time we stayed. The food was average, and the personnel were simply hard to locate. This Hamton Inn needs a complete management review, unless the comparison to a 1-star hotel is fine with Hampton. We have stayed at Motel 6 and comparable hotels that were better. If this hotel in Murray, Utah wants to stay in business the over-all stay needs to be looked at from a customers perspective. Good luck.

This was a great place for us to stay on a trip to Arizona. Also, we needed a junp start for our vehicle and the checkin clerk helped us out.
